Samson & Gert is a Flemish children's television series produced by Studio 100, which debuted in 1990. However, Samson and Gert actually debuted as a presenter duo around Christmas 1989. No new episodes have been filmed since 2005 (except for two special episodes), but the series is still broadcast regularly on Ketnet. The program revolves around a man named Gert who, together with his talking dog (Samson), regularly receives one or more neighbors over, with whom they find themselves in all kinds of situations.
