In this television show for babies, the four colorful Teletubbies coo and play in idyllic Teletubbyland. They repeat fun, infant-pleasing activities such as rolling on the ground, laughing, running about, and watching real children on the televisions on their bellies. Mysterious pinwheels and telephones rise out of the meadow to loosely direct the day's activities. The Sun, featuring a baby's face, comments on the proceedings with baby noises, and it rises and sets to begin and end the show.

Opening Segment: Po shows off her "blowing talent" by blowing Tubby Toast across the TubbyTronic Superdome, and blowing the other Teletubbies up the slide. Video Segment: Laa Laa watches some hispanic children use different size wands to make different size bubbles. Main Segment: Laa Laa's ball bounces out of control all over the TubbyTronic Superdome. Noo Noo sucks it up and hands it back to her. Closing Segment: The Teletubbies do a follow the leader segment.

Po loves the Green Trees. Tinky Winky loves the Green House and the Teletubbies love Green Dipsy. The Teletubbies do the Round and Round Dance before Tubby Bye Bye.

Then the Windmill stops spinning and it is time for Tubby Bye-Bye.

The Teletubbies decided to go up the slide but they fell down. They get up and go up the slide one at a time.
