In this television show for babies, the four colorful Teletubbies coo and play in idyllic Teletubbyland. They repeat fun, infant-pleasing activities such as rolling on the ground, laughing, running about, and watching real children on the televisions on their bellies. Mysterious pinwheels and telephones rise out of the meadow to loosely direct the day's activities. The Sun, featuring a baby's face, comments on the proceedings with baby noises, and it rises and sets to begin and end the show.

The Teletubbies watch as Sam and his mom visit a temple to hear the horns. Annie is teaching Sam how to play the horn. They have fun blowing it and making noises and Sam shows us how the horn closes. The Teletubbies watch as some magic clouds floating by change into sheep and land in the Teletubby hills. Little Bo Peep also appears and sings a song about how she has lost her sheep and doesn't know where to find them.

Opening Segment: It's the morning, and Tinky Winky is still asleep, Dipsy is making adjustments to the tubby-tronic super dome, and Laa-Laa is eating a breakfast of Tubby toast. But nobody knows what Po is doing. Po is doing some kind of funny walk. When Tinky-Winky wakes up, Dipsy is done doing adjustments and Laa-Laa is done eating they all follow Po. Main Segment: Po decides to go out for a walk. She sees Tinky-Winky, Dipsy, and Laa-Laa dancing outside the Tubbytronic super dome and she joins them. Video Segment: A bunch of kids do funny walks. Magic Segment: Tinky-Winky gets a transmission on his antenna.
