Divatox is going to do everything she can to keep the pair from having a safe trip, by first sending Elgar and his fleet of monstrous tanks to flank the Rangers in their Turbozords to keep them from saying goodbye to their mentors, and then by having the Amphibitor monster guard a device made to close the wormhole to Eltar with the travelers inside it! But who are the mysterious pair left behind to run the Power Chamber? Also, as the elder Ranger Teens finally graduate high school, Justin finds himself entering it early!

Soon, the villains turn the logo on the pizza box into the Mad Mike monster, who attacks our heroes by baking the Rangers into a giant pizza! Meanwhile, Bulk & Skull do deliveries for the pizza parlor, but find their sense of direction to be as poor as ever.

Ashley's ugly plaid jackets are mass produced by Piranahtron overnight. But the jackets are infused with the monster's magic, making anyone who wears them cruel, greedy, and evil. It's bad enough with all of the Rangers, sans Ashley, put them on, but when Blue Senturion gets tricked into one, he soon goes on another rampage, this time including a jacket-clad Robo Racer! Meanwhile, Bulk & Skull, back to humans but invisible, get mischievous around Angel Grove and the Juice Bar.

(a wannabe professional baseball batter) and Cassie (a wannabe singing star), spot the disturbance and come to the Rangers' aid. But will they be too late to save Tommy? Meanwhile, the other three Ranger Teens must contend with both a Putrapod and the Flamite monster at their campsite.

Adam coaches the Angel Grove High soccer team, of which the star player, Carlos, is in dire need of lessons in teamwork. Both he, and the head cheerleader, Ashley, are strangely targeted by Divatox in an attack. Her detonator plot for this episode involves using Carlos' eagerness to score points over working with his team, by planting a bomb in the scoreboard. Also, Elgar joins forces with the Electrovolt monster in a shocking motorcycle battle against the Turbo Rangers. Meanwhile, the Bulk & Skull Chimps dress up as cheerleaders in an attempt to prove they're really humans.

She manages to turn Blue Senturion against the Rangers by having Porto reprogram him, as well as place a detonator within his circuitry! Meanwhile, the Bulk & Skull Chimps attempt to use Adam's magic wand prop to turn themselves back into humans.

It'll take an acceptance of herself to get her feet back on the ground to aid her teammates in defeating him. Meanwhile, the Bulk & Skull Chimps try complicated dish stacking and even ballet to try and convince people they're humans stuck as primates.

If that wasn't bad enough, Divatox keeps the Rangers running ragged as they face a Demon Racer monster (and when he's defeated, his spare replacement), and unknown to the drag racers, places a detonator in their vintage car's fuzzy dice! Meanwhile, the Bulk & Skull Chimps stowaway in the drag racing cars in an effort to be at the scene of trouble when the Rangers arrive, in the hopes they'll turn them back to humans.

The lack of the tech expert doesn't stop Elgar from completing a detonator and sticking it in Warren's racer.
