Shawn confronts Mr. Stone and explains to him that he has to make the necessary repairs, which will make the building livable. Mr. Stone fires Shawn and Marlon and takes over as superintendent.

Shawn and Marlon's dreams of becoming successful entrepreneurs also go down in flames.
