Richie makes two trips to the robot bank teller whose wicket is inside a giant piggy bank on the Rich estate. On both trips, he withdraws $10,000 in one-dollar bills. The reason for his withdrawal is to allow Dollar to reach a special vault where his bones are held.
At a department store, the kids are eager to see Santa, mentioning their wish lists to each other. But one boy discovers that Richie and Santa have switched roles - Santa is sitting on Richie's lap, giving a long list of items.
Dollar accompanies his master to Rich Beach, where he falls in love with a pretty French Poodle. In pursuit of his true love, he clashes with a bulldog, who is also competing for the beautiful poodle.
