"American Chopper" is back ... sort of. After that popular motorcycle-building reality series crashed after six seasons amidst a Teutul family feud, Paul Sr. and son Paul Jr. return as competitors. Senior and his staff continue their work at Orange County Choppers, while Junior launches Paul Jr. Designs across the street from OCC's original site. Not only that, but Paulie twists the knife even more by hiring former OCC employees, including his brother Mikey, Vinnie DiMartino, Robert "Nub" Colard and Joe Puliafico. With the battle lines drawn, who will survive by designing and building the most innovative choppers?

It's been a wild ride for the Teutuls, who are no strangers to family conflict. The relationship between Paul Sr. and his sons, Paul Jr. and Mikey, exploded when Sr. fired Jr. from OCC. Once partners, they are now fierce competitors at contending motorcycle shops. As Paul Sr. continues to build world famous custom bikes at OCC, Jr. opens up Paul Jr. Designs - his startup shop located across the street from OCC's original site. And the location isn't the only rub - Jr. heats-up the competition by bringing back former OCC employees. In the battle between old and new, the father-son duo vie to see who can produce the most innovative choppers.
