ZDF Magazin Royale is a journalistic-satirical late-night show on ZDF hosted by Jan Böhmermann, which is always broadcast on Friday evenings after the heute-show. It is the successor to Neo Magazin Royale, which ran for six years on ZDFneo; the duration was shortened from 45 to around 30 minutes. The programme is produced in the Ehrenfeld studio in the Ehrenfeld district of Cologne.
