Phil helps Sam Taylor and his fiancée Krystle Maher, who are desperate to move out of their small rented flat in Deptford and into a home of their own before they get married.

Meanwhile, soon-to-be-married couple Tara Magee and Alastair Murray were desperate to buy their first home together in Edinburgh, with a healthy budget of £600k. But with long wish lists and the tricky Scottish market to contend with, Phil and Kirstie had a fight on their hands.
