#1 - Lyoko Minus One
Season 3 - Episode 2 - Aired 9/16/2006
XANA tries to destroy all of the surface sectors on Lyoko -- the only way for our heroes to access Sector 5. They need Jeremy's help getting directly into Sector 5, but he's busy running for election to the Academic Council, against Odd!
#2 - Bragging Rights
Season 4 - Episode 14 - Aired 8/29/2007
Our heroes return to the jungle to destroy the other super computer but are met on their way by waves of mechanical killer spiders. Meanwhile, Odd has a hard time winning a bet with Ulrich that he will stop bragging for 24 hours.
#3 - A Space Oddity

Yumi and Odd travel into outer space on a mission to destroy a newly-discovered super computer with a dangerous defense system. Meanwhile, Yumi's family cares for Odd's dog during a surprise dorm inspection at school.
#4 - Seeing Is Believing

Group needs a drummer for a traditional rock band. Nicolas turns out to be the best, but Odd doesn't want anything to do with him. Meanwhile, X.A.N.A. tries to overload a nuclear power plant by storing electricity in a transformer and unleashing it on the plant all at once. Unsure if they can stop such an event, , they decide to tell the authorities.

When the supercomputer's uranium power source begins to fail, Xana is forced to possess a local criminal named Peter Duncan to replace it. The supercomputer's periodic shutdowns threaten not only Xana, but also Aelita, whose heart stops beating with each shutdown.

Jeremy creates a clone of himself to attend class so he can spend more time trying to get William out of Lyoko. But when XANA wrests control of the tower used to create the clone, the new Jeremy poses a very serious threat to everyone.
#7 - Dog Day Afternoon

Odd tries to take Kiwi to Lyoko, but ends up absorbing him instead. As a result he begins to take on dog traits. While Jeremie works on separating the two, XANA possesses a biker gang to attack Yumi.
#8 - Laughing Fit
Season 1 - Episode 15 - Aired 12/10/2003
In class, Susan teaches the class about nitrous oxide, more commonly known as laughing gas, and its effects. It can be dangerous if not neutralized by water quickly. During a school production of Romeo and Juliet, X.A.N.A. possesses the laughing gas in the science room and uses it to attack the gang so they would laugh themselves to death.

Jeremy convinces the group to attend a commando camp in order to get in better shape for their battles. Soon enough, XANA attacks, with Jeremy and Jim battling in the real world and everyone else using their new skills in Lyoko.
#10 - Canine Conundrum

Odd's dog Kiwi is banished to the factory after another incident at the dorm. Meanwhile, XANA takes control of Jeremy's robot dog, Kiwi2 and turns it into an attack dog, so Aelita travels into Lyoko to deactivate the tower controlling it.
#11 - Zero Gravity Zone

Just before an official school soccer game, X.A.N.A. starts nullifying gravity by creating electromagnetic fields around specific areas. Ulrich is unable to help stop X.A.N.A. this time around, instead needing to impress his parents, who will be attending the game. The others have to stop X.A.N.A. before the entire school is sent into orbit.
#12 - Amnesia
Season 1 - Episode 17 - Aired 12/24/2003
When Susan gives a lesson on nanotechnology, she has small machine designed to produce the little robots as an example. X.A.N.A. has infected the machine, so when they find it filled with gel, Odd carelessly ends up pushing Ulrich's face into a small scoop of it. Later on, Ulrich gets a headache and faints. When he wakes up, his memory is gone.
#13 - Attack of the Zombies
Season 2 - Episode 14 - Aired 11/23/2005
When Xana possesses Kiwi, it turns the little dog into the carrier for a virulent virus that turns those it infects into zombies. Aelita and Jeremie are stuck in the cafeteria and Odd is a zombie himself. Jeremie and Aelita escape but Ulrich and the other students fight the rest.

Our heroes return to Siberia to free William from XANA's clutches, but first they must defeat the Kolossus and an army of robots. They better hurry too, because William's parents are visiting and his clone won't fool them for long.
#15 - Rock Bottom
Season 1 - Episode 23 - Aired 2/4/2004
During a vacation period at the school, the group plans to have a party at Yumi's house. Odd promises to have a DJ at the party. This DJ, named Samantha Knight, is also his girlfriend, who goes to another school. After meeting up, she has Odd take her to the computer room. Once they arrive, she tries to steal a laptop, since she's too poor to afford one. Odd stops her, but ends up being caught by Jim. Meanwhile, X.A.N.A. causes the ground under the city to melt, making all the buildings sink.
#16 - Claustrophobia
Season 1 - Episode 16 - Aired 12/17/2003
Theo takes an interest in Sissi, Hervé becomes jealous and tries to get him expelled. X.A.N.A. possesses the cafeteria during lunch, trapping most of the students inside its electrified walls. Jeremie and Yumi leave the cafeteria before this takes place. Now Yumi has to get Aelita to the tower by herself before the cafeteria collapses in on itself.
#17 - Is Anybody Out There?

After hearing strange noises, Sissi conducts a séance at the school. XANA takes advantage of this and sends out a ghost, sending panic across the campus. Our heroes know this is the work of XANA, but can they deactivate the tower in time?

Hiroki steals Yumi's diary and Ulrich finds it. During an attempt to rescue William and battle XANA's monsters, Yumi becomes stranded in the Digital Sea.
#19 - Vertigo

Ulrich's fear of heights is embarrassingly uncovered in gym class. Upset, he goes off to brood in the woods and Yumi and Odd try cheer him up. However, all is quickly forgotten when XANA dispatches a pack of wolves to wipe them out!

X.A.N.A. possesses a rat that tries to sneak a bite from the school's kitchen. His creation goes on biting other rats, putting them under his control. Meanwhile, the school counselor has been watching Jeremie and believes him to be a gifted student. As such, he believes that Jeremie would be better off at a more advanced school and decides to give him an aptitude test. During the test, X.A.N.A.'s rat army attacks the school.
#21 - End of Take

Famous director James Finson announces that he plans to make a movie in the city, using the factory as their primary location. Ulrich tries to convince Finson that making a movie there would be a bad idea. X.A.N.A. possesses the alien monster prop and uses it to capture Ulrich and Sissi and use them as bait for the others.

William is stuck in Lyoko and the clone Jeremy created to replace him in school is elected manager of the school's new recreation room. XANA possesses the clone, causing him to destroy the room and it now poses a threat to the students.

Jeremy strangely continues to insist that the group keep returning to the past, despite knowing that it only strengthens XANA's powers. What they don't realize is that XANA has tricked him and now they must help him break this obsession.

After another successful mission on Lyoko, our heroes rematerialize, but the program has malfunctioned and switched Yumi and Odd's bodies. It seems funny at first, until they realize if not reversed, they could both disintegrate for good.

When Sissi begins acting strangely, it's believed she is being controlled by XANA. But when she doesn't seem interested in harming the heroes, they investigate further and discover it's Franz Hopper trying to communicate with them.
