#1 - Aelita
Season 3 - Episode 5 - Aired 10/7/2006
Aelita gets mad at Jeremie and she and Odd go into Lyoko without telling anybody. On Lyoko, Xana creates a diversion to get everybody to deactivate the tower in The Mountain Sector while the monsters worked on destroying the core of Lyoko. Jeremie and Aelita find a strand of DNA that belongs to Franz Hopper, indicating he may be still alive.
#2 - Sabotage

When Xana sabotages the supercomputer, weird bugs begin cropping up in Lyoko. Since the attack keeps draining power from the supercomputer, Aelita purposefully wipes out The Ice Sector leaving The Mountain Sector left.
#3 - The Pretender

Yumi's classmate Johnny has a crush on her and won't let her out of his site, making it hard to help her friends battle the swarm of birds XANA sent to attack them. When she gets hurt the warriors must go back in time in order to save her.
#4 - Triple Trouble

Jeremy gives Odd the ability to teleport himself across short distances within Lyoko, but the initial test results in three Odds being created. The clones don't get along so well and have split up in town while XANA launches a new attack.

Ulrich and Odd return from a mission on Lyoko, but XANA has infected them with a virus causing them to believe they are seeing monsters in the real world. Jeremy knows how to help them, but XANA has launched another attack in Sector 5.

During a test to materialize Ulrich directly into Sector 5, his mind and body become separated, leaving Ulrich's body trapped on Lyoko and his spirit stuck on Earth. What's worse, Xana possesses Ulrich's body and uses it to attack the core. Meanwhile, Susan, disappointed with Ulrich's bad grades, tries to place him in remedial classes.

On her way to the forest as part of a science class field trip, Yumi becomes the target of the driver and the passengers on the school bus who all have been possessed by X.A.N.A. Meanwhile, Odd decides to compete against Jeremie and Herv in an election for student class representative.

When Xana hacks into a weapon's manufacturing computer network and leaves a paper trail pointing to Jeremie, government agents arrive at the school looking for him. Then, the whole gang arrive at the factory. When they end up tracking Jeremie to the factory, Xana possesses them for an attack on the supercomputer itself in The Ice Sector, and in The Mountain Sector.
#9 - Final Round

Aelita and new warrior William are forced to battle XANA while the others attend to their schoolwork. But when XANA wins the battle and turns William against the others, they must act quickly to save Lyoko in their most difficult battle.
#10 - The Secret

William discovers Jeremy working in the factory and Jeremy attempts to go back in time to erase his memory. But when XANA attacks, it becomes impossible to go back and William must now help defeat XANA in the virtual world.
#11 - Double Trouble

The students' grades are becoming affected by all the time they've spent fighting XANA, so they suggest adding William to the team, but Yumi is against it. However, the super computer's latest attack may be bad enough to change her mind.

Xana attacks the Lyoko warriors by possessing a large amount of food. At the same time, he bugs up The Mountain Sector by rising the digital sea, but Odd and Aelita go to Sector 5 to stop him. Xana also mounts an attack on Lyoko's core at the same time.

XANA tries to destroy all of the surface sectors on Lyoko -- the only way for our heroes to access Sector 5. They need Jeremy's help getting directly into Sector 5, but he's busy running for election to the Academic Council, against Odd!
