After many X.A.N.A. attacks in a row, Ulrich starts to get tired of fighting. He also questions his relationship with Yumi and if she feels the same way about him. X.A.N.A. activates a tower without disturbing Earth, Jeremie forces Ulrich, Odd, and Yumi all to go to Lyoko to deactivate the tower. After being virtualized, a virus infection occurs on Lyoko because X.A.N.A. sabotages the Devirtualization Program, meaning if the group is devirtualized, they will permanently perish.

After Jeremie fails zet again to materialize Aelita, a student Taelia arrives at school that looks exactly like her. Jeremie is convinced that it must be her. The others aren't quite as convinced, but Jeremie insists that the materialization process must have caused her to lose her memory. X.A.N.A. possesses the samurai armor that Yumi brought to school and sets it on the group to chase them.

The class takes a trip to the nearby woods for a scientific field trip. Ulrich wants to partner up with Yumi, but she's already partnered up with someone named William.

Yumi's classmate Johnny has a crush on her and won't let her out of his site, making it hard to help her friends battle the swarm of birds XANA sent to attack them. When she gets hurt the warriors must go back in time in order to save her.

Jeremy wins a ride in the back of a military jet fighter, but when XANA takes control of the jet's computer - and its missiles, our heroes must defeat the super computer in the virtual world before the plane and its weapons hit the school.

XANA uses the school's cell phone antenna to spread a virus causing phone users to become evil zombies, including Odd's parents, who are visiting. Our heroes travel through Lyoko to the mountains to stop the virus and reverse its effects.

The group travels to one of XANA's Lyoko replicas. Aelita and Odd get into a fight after Odd's desire to sleep in gets them both in trouble. Nicolas and Herve follow them into the factory, where Jeremie is forced to distract them. William arrives to destroy the Skid, which would cut the group off from the supercomputer.
#46 - Crash Course
Code Lyoko - Season 4 - Episode 7
Jeremy tries to teach his reluctant friends how to operate the computer in order to enter Lyoko. While Aelita is away at a music audition, XANA launches an attack and renders Jeremy unconscious, leaving the others to remember their lesson.

While Aelita adjusts to her new life on Earth, Jeremie and the others investigate the mysterious owner of the Hermitage, Franz Hopper, and his link to the supercomputer, Lyoko, and Xana. Aelita continues to have strange visions related to a past she does not recognize. It is in fact one of XANA's schemes to draw her to Sector 5 where the Scyphozoa is waiting for her, but no one knows where the visions are coming from.

Jeremy discovers the missing key to the link between Aelita and XANA. If they can get the missing piece from XANA, they can destroy him for good. But the evil super computer is ready for the ultimate battle to save itself from destruction.

It's been a year since the group first discovered the supercomputer and Aelita, and they decide to throw a surprise party for Aelita. Sissi catches wind of the party and follows Ulrich and Yumi to the factory. On the way there, X.A.N.A. possesses the factory as a whole. X.A.N.A. traps Ulrich, Yumi and Sissi in the elevator and drops them to the bottom of the shaft.
