#2 - A Bad Turn

Ulrich and William battle to impress Yumi during Drivers Ed at school, but they must find a way to put aside their differences and work together when XANA unleashes an army of Krabes in the real world.
#3 - A Great Day
Season 2 - Episode 4 - Aired 9/21/2005
XANA gains the ability to go back in time and our heroes discover this power also makes him stronger, to the point where he can now control human beings. After XANA possesses Sissi, the heroes realize they must take action quickly.
#4 - Franz Hopper
Season 2 - Episode 23 - Aired 2/1/2006
A man claiming to be Franz Hopper shows up at the computer lab and blames Jeremy for destroying his diary - the only hope of defeating XANA. With everyone now mad at Jeremy, XANA acts quickly to lure Aelita back to Lyoko.

XANA takes control of the weather and sends temperatures plummeting so low that any outdoor exposure could cause breathing problems. Our heroes must come up with a plan to get to the factory and enter Lyoko to thwart their enemy.

Jeremy uses lessons from Franz Hopper's journal to create Marabounta, a program designed to combat XANA's monsters. But when his own creation turns against him, Jeremy must combine forces with XANA to defeat the monster.

After discovering Aelita's link to the supercomputer and the inability to shut it down, Jeremie works hard to find new and better ways to fight Xana. He develops new vehicles for the group and new tower-scanning program that instantly detects activated towers, allowing Aelita to live on Earth. The class takes a trip to the nearby woods for a scientific field trip. Ulrich wants to partner up with Yumi, but she's already partnered up with someone named William.

XANA tries to access a restricted area where Jeremy has stored all the data he's collected since the very beginning. Meanwhile, Yumi helps Odd, who has fallen into a trap on Lyoko, and Ulrich battles a spectre which is a clone of himself.

Yumi wins a brutal battle with the Scyphozoa, but in the process, it takes away her human DNA and she can no longer return home. After numerous rescue attempts by our heroes fail, the only solution seems to be entering the dreaded Sector 5.
#11 - The Key

Jeremy discovers the missing key to the link between Aelita and XANA. If they can get the missing piece from XANA, they can destroy him for good. But the evil super computer is ready for the ultimate battle to save itself from destruction.
#12 - Ultimatum
Season 2 - Episode 15 - Aired 11/30/2005
After Xana possesses the principal of the school and kidnaps Odd and Yumi, he gives Jeremie an ultimatum: deliver Aelita to the Scyphozoa or sacrifice Odd and Yumi. However, Jeremie and Aelita go to Sissi for help and Sissi agrees to be tempoarily part of the group to help save her father and eradicate Xana.
#13 - Saint Valentine's Day

Aelita receives a necklace which she believes is from Jeremy but is actually a poisoned gift from XANA. She puts it on and becomes powerless to resist the urge to go to Lyoko where XANA's trap awaits her.
#14 - Uncharted Territory

While Aelita adjusts to her new life on Earth, Jeremie and the others investigate the mysterious owner of the Hermitage, Franz Hopper, and his link to the supercomputer, Lyoko, and Xana. It is discovered that Franz Hopper was in fact a former teacher at Kadic. After being teased by Sissi, Aelita retreats to Lyoko but gets lost. Jeremie finds her in a previously undiscovered fifth sector of Lyoko, The Carthage Region.
#15 - The Chips Are Down

When he learns Yumi may be leaving, Ulrich secretly goes back in time, in order to help her family, even though he knows this will make XANA stronger. Jeremy and Yumi decide he's gone too far and consider removing him from the group.
#16 - Final Mix

Aelita discovers she has a talent for deejaying after filling in at the school dance. Meanwhile, XANA possesses a teacher who kidnaps Aelita and sends her to Lyoko so the Scyphozoa can steal her memory - unless our heroes can save her.
#17 - Tip-Top Shape

XANA possesses the school nurse during the annual Kadic physical fitness tests and she kidnaps Aelita. In order to prevent her from turning Aelita over to the Scyphozoa, Jeremy activates a tower of his own, but XANA is ready for them.

Jeremy strangely continues to insist that the group keep returning to the past, despite knowing that it only strengthens XANA's powers. What they don't realize is that XANA has tricked him and now they must help him break this obsession.
#19 - Xana's Kiss
Season 2 - Episode 17 - Aired 1/11/2006
Xana creates a ghost called a polymorphic specter, that can change its shape or form at will and doesn't need to possess a host, then uses it to drive a wedge between the group by having it kiss people while disguised as them. At the end of the episode Aelita kisses Jeremy to see how he'll react. He (predictably) freezes up.
#20 - Déjà Vu

Aelita continues to have strange visions related to a past she does not recognize. It is in fact one of XANA's schemes to draw her to Sector 5 where the Scyphozoa is waiting for her, but no one knows where the visions are coming from.

When Sissi begins acting strangely, it's believed she is being controlled by XANA. But when she doesn't seem interested in harming the heroes, they investigate further and discover it's Franz Hopper trying to communicate with them.

Ulrich's fear of heights is embarrassingly uncovered in gym class. Upset, he goes off to brood in the woods and Yumi and Odd try cheer him up. However, all is quickly forgotten when XANA dispatches a pack of wolves to wipe them out!
#23 - A Fine Mess

After another successful mission on Lyoko, our heroes rematerialize, but the program has malfunctioned and switched Yumi and Odd's bodies. It seems funny at first, until they realize if not reversed, they could both disintegrate for good.
#24 - Attack of the Zombies
Season 2 - Episode 14 - Aired 11/23/2005
When Xana possesses Kiwi, it turns the little dog into the carrier for a virulent virus that turns those it infects into zombies. Aelita and Jeremie are stuck in the cafeteria and Odd is a zombie himself. Jeremie and Aelita escape but Ulrich and the other students fight the rest.

When the supercomputer's uranium power source begins to fail, Xana is forced to possess a local criminal named Peter Duncan to replace it. The supercomputer's periodic shutdowns threaten not only Xana, but also Aelita, whose heart stops beating with each shutdown.
