Victoria accuses Billy of having an affair with Chloe. Billy denies having an affair and admits that he fell back into gambling. Chloe figures out that Lauren had an affair with Carmine. Later, Chloe tells Kevin to return everything he stole and to volunteer at a homeless shelter. Michael finds Fen passed out and he wakes him to ask if he’s drunk or high. Lauren overhears Michael tell Fen that he wants his marriage to work. Michael gets a text from a client, and has to leave. Later, Carmine comes over to visit Lauren. Leslie reads over the letter that Neil wants to post to the blogger. Leslie realizes something the blogger said was in a letter that Rose wrote to Gus. Phyllis and Nick decide to tell Summer the truth about the paternity test. Nick buckles, and ends up telling Summer that he’s worried about her and Kyle. When they’re alone, Phyllis asks Nick what happened.

Billy tells Victoria that he doesn’t want to have a baby if she only sees it as a way to one-up Adam. Billy encourages Victoria to relax and try to focus on being happy away from Newman Enterprises. With the deal being closed for the Newman buy back, Victor asks Adam and Victoria to stop quarreling. When they can’t seem to reach an agreement, Victoria decides to leave the company. Chloe considers selling Crimson Lights to Dylan. When she fails to tell Kevin, he gets upset and demands answers. Phyllis tells Nick that the best way to get through to Summer is by telling her the truth about Cassie’s death. Phyllis believes that Summer needs to know how losing Cassie affected her friends and family. When Dylan runs into Billy at the gym, he tells him that he’s buying his own business and won’t be available to work at On the Blvd. When the fortune teller stops by Crimson Lights, she tells Chelsea that the father of her baby wants to be a part of it’s life. Meanwhile, Adam goes to the gym and finds Billy, Nick, and Dylan working out.

Anita is bothered that Chelsea refuses to tell Adam the truth about the baby and comments that his bank account is much larger than Dylan’s. Later, Anita realizes that Chelsea is falling for Dylan. Adam waits at the hospital while Dylan and Chelsea finish up with the doctor. When they leave, Adam approaches the doctor. Meanwhile, Dylan finds out that Chelsea and Billy have a child together. When Noah visits Sharon, he finds her looking at an old photo album as she reminisces about the past. Neil is disappointed to hear that Leslie wants to leave Jabot. When Neil asks Devin to take over her job, Devon reveals that he’s considering a job offer in London. Roxanne gets upset that Devon hasn’t included her in his decision.

Later, Phyllis confronts Carmine. When Traci tries to talk with Billy about his marriage to Victoria, Billy suspects that Traci might be running from problems of her own. Meanwhile, Nikki tells Victoria that she made the right decision to leave Newman Enterprises and she should focus on her happiness outside the company. Later, Adam confesses to Victor that he thinks Chelsea’s baby might be his.

When Cane tells Lily that he’s in Chicago, he secretly stays in town to plan a surprise party for her. Lily and Tyler have a drink at On the Blvd to toast the success of their campaign. Oliver stops by and tells them they’re crazy to end their partnership. Kevin tells Chloe that they don’t need to sell Crimson Lights and that he’ll find another way to make money. Meanwhile, Fen tells Carmine that he thinks his parents are hiding something from him.

Dylan meets up with Chloe to make the purchase of Crimson Lights official. Chloe gets upset at Kevin when he asks Dylan for an unreasonable amount of money for the business. Chloe rips into Kevin for not being someone that Delia will be able to look up to. Meanwhile, Alex gets frustrated at Kevin for skipping out on his community service. Lily apologizes to Cane for missing part of her surprise party and says she had no idea what he was planning since he told her he was out of town. At Adam’s penthouse, Avery accuses him of throwing her towards Dylan, so he can get Chelsea back. When she leaves, Chelsea comes by and gets angry with Adam for interfering in her life. Noah and Tyler agree to be roommates.

Phyllis and Nick grab dinner after talking with Summer. Later, Avery tells Nick about the baby she and Dylan lost. Adam brings Chelsea to the hospital, and refuses to leave her side. When Dylan arrives, he’s told that Chelsea is fine, and that it’s her high blood pressure that caused the dizziness. Chelsea tells Adam that he needs to leave her alone. While packing up Crimson Lights, Chloe tries to cheer up Kevin with all the good things she says will come from working with Chelsea. When Gloria and Michael have a drink at the GCAC, she is shocked to find out that he’s moving out because Lauren cheated. Meanwhile, Carmine goes to see Lauren.

Chelsea wakes up at Dylan’s after having spent the night there. She mentions that she hasn’t slept that well in ages. Before she leaves for work, they share a kiss goodbye. Chelsea confesses to Chloe that she is falling in love with Dylan. Devon grills Tyler about staying out with Lily, and getting her tipsy the night of her surprise birthday party. Later, Lily confronts Neil about the recent blog post. Neil explains that the hacker has twisted his words. Kevin traces the blogger’s location to the public computer at the GCAC. Dylan comes to pick up his last paycheck from Billy, and informs him that he bought Crimson Lights. Billy calls his buddy Ken and asks to be dealt into a game.

Michael tells Fen that he’s trying to work things out with Lauren. Meanwhile, Carmine sends Lauren chocolates. Summer decides to attend GCU, and Noah can’t help but wonder if it has anything to do with Kyle. Later, Courtney takes Summer to get a prescription for birth control. Adam and Victor sign the paperwork to privatize Newman Enterprises. Avery sends a paralegal named Melanie over to finalize the paperwork.

Billy agrees to play cards with Ken, while at the same time, Victoria reminds him that they’re expected at Adam’s party. When she goes upstairs to tell the nanny that they’re leaving, Billy calls Ken to tell him that they’re going to have to pick up where they left off another night. Alex and Kevin continue their hunt for the blogger. Alex considers recommending Kevin for a job as a computer specialist once his community service is done. Adam invites Melanie to the party at Victor’s. Victor announces that Newman Enterprises is solely owned by their family. Nick makes an important announcement about his future with Avery.

Nick receives an envelope from the paternity lab. Meanwhile, Phyllis finds birth control pills in Summer’s purse. Phyllis urges her to really think before doing anything. Kyle confides in Jack that he’s growing more attached to Summer, and enjoys spending time with her. Nikki and Victor rent out a room at the club to celebrate Summer’s graduation. After the celebration is over and everyone is gone, Victor surprises Nikki with two tickets for their honeymoon. Later, Nick comes home from Summer’s graduation and rips open the envelope from the paternity lab. Michael and Lauren bring Fen home from graduation to celebrate with Kevin and Paul. Fen tries to act like he’s grateful when Michael and Lauren give him a car. Fen receives a text saying he isn’t invited to the graduation party because he’s a loser.

Cane and Lily enjoy a dinner together as they discuss balancing family and work. Cane tells Lily that she shouldn’t have walked away from the campaign and that he was jealous of Tyler. Alex asks Kevin if he knows anything about a recent robbery. Kevin vehemently denies having any involvement and Alex leaves. Nick opens the paternity test results and is shocked to learn that he’s not Summer’s father. When Noah asks him what’s wrong, Nick covers, saying he received an unexpected repair bill from the Underground. Later, Sharon tries to offer help to Nick. Phyllis tells Summer that whatever she has planned with Kyle can wait. Later, Summer and Kyle end their date with a kiss.

Nick goes to the Abbott mansion to tell Jack the truth about Summer. Nick can’t bring himself to reveal the truth, and quickly leaves. Phyllis confronts Nick and he tells her that he doesn’t know if he’ll ever be able to reveal the truth. Meanwhile, Kyle and Summer head out on a date. While Billy sits at the bar looking over his bets, he tells Jack he’s just taking care of some business. Kyle joins them after his date with Summer. Lauren and Michael come back home after their first session with a marriage counselor.

When Sharon confronts Adam about his social life, he accuses her of being jealous. Meanwhile, Chelsea feels the baby kick for the first time. She gets caught up in the moment and tells Dylan that she loves him. Chloe tells Kevin that she is done living with a thief and covering for him. When Kevin asks if she is thinking of turning him in, Chloe takes off her wedding ring. Later, Chloe tells Chelsea that things are over between her and Kevin. Anita makes a phone call to a florist to order flowers for Chelsea in Adam’s name. When Billy checks the race results on his phone, Victoria asks him why he’s so excited. He covers and says he was just going over some receipts and that the restaurant made some money. Victoria suspects that something else is going on with Billy.

While Leslie and Avery discuss their partnership, Leslie reveals that she needs access to a safe deposit box her father left behind. With everything going on at Newman, Nikki questions if Victor is still comfortable leaving Adam in charge of the company while they go on their honeymoon. Later, Adam makes a mysterious phone call. Chelsea tells Dylan that she loves him. Dylan later admits that he can’t live in the past, and he does love Chelsea. Meanwhile, Anita considers telling Adam about Chelsea and the baby. Cane hires Hilary as his new assistant. Hilary introduces herself to Lily and tells her she recognizes her as the face of Jabot.

Later, Chelsea visits Adam and tells him to stop calling her doctor. Dylan invites Avery over to the warehouse he bought. When he inquires about needing a lawyer, Avery agrees to help him. Michael and Lauren question who attacked Fen. Later, Michael confronts Carmine. Kyle picks up Summer for their date at On the Blvd. When Sharon visits Nick, he assures her that everything is fine with Avery. Later, they go to visit Cassie's grave and Nick reveals an important secret.

Michael arrives and notices something is wrong. Lauren explains that Carmine showed up uninvited and initiated the kiss. Fen lashes out at Lauren, and leaves. Traci opens up to Jack about her problems with Steve. Meanwhile, Phyllis gets angry at Nick for not telling Jack the truth about Summer. Later, Courtney grills Summer as to why she and Kyle haven’t had sex yet.

Chloe tells Chelsea that Kevin needs to change, and this is his last chance. Chelsea confesses to Chloe that Dylan told her he loves her. Tyler and Devon argue when Devon finds out that Tyler moved forward on the campaign designs without him. Chloe calls Lily and asks her to help settle their argument. Devon confronts Lily about her feelings for Tyler. Billy calls Victoria and leaves her a message saying he wants to make things right between them. Later, Billy tells Dylan about his gambling problem and that he’s not going to play cards anymore. Phyllis calls Nick to discuss how to fix things. Phyllis tells Jack that she needs to go to Chicago and the executive that was supposed to go with her is on vacation. When Jack offers to go, Phyllis suggests that Kyle go with her instead. Avery realizes that something is bothering Nick. Nick tells her that nothing will stand in their way of getting married.

When Chloe denies Abby’s accusation, Kevin wonders if something might be going on. Later, Chloe is shocked to discover that Victoria also thinks she’s having an affair with Billy. Neil receives a response from the blogger. Avery tells Leslie the court order went through, and she can now open the safe deposit box. Leslie finds Gus’s will inside the box.

Adam flirts with Melanie until he is distracted by Chelsea. Melanie compliments Chelsea on her designs, and congratulates her on the baby. Chelsea leaves, and Adam informs Melanie that Chelsea is his ex-wife. Billy brings Victoria to see Adam so he can confirm that he’s been gambling. Billy’s plan backfires, as Adam says Billy must have really screwed up if he was willing to use gambling as an excuse. Chelsea arrives at Dylan’s and notices a freshly painted wall this is slightly obscured by a sheet. Dylan distracts her and says she can see what it is after dinner. After dinner, Dylan pulls down the sheet to reveals a surprise for Chelsea. Leslie and Neil inform Avery that Gus left half of his estate to his children and the other half to Rose Turner. Leslie finds a photo of Rose in Gus’s safe deposit box. Leslie thinks Neil should respond to the blogger with a mention of Rose. Lauren and Michael’s date is interrupted by the waiter bringing over a bottle of Champagne. Michael believes that Carmine ordered the bottle.

In Chicago, Kyle and Phyllis go over information for their meeting with a focus group. When Kyle steps out, Phyllis answers his phone when Summer calls. When Summer questions why Phyllis is in Kyle’s room, Phyllis says they are meeting about work, and that Kyle can’t talk because he’s in the shower. Sharon questions what is bothering Nick. Avery overhears, and wonders why Sharon is making herself so available to Nick. Kevin confronts Billy and asks if he’s sleeping with Chloe. Meanwhile, Chloe enjoys telling Adam that Chelsea is engaged to Dylan. Anita disapproves of Chelsea’s engagement to Dylan. Billy leaves Victoria a heartfelt message asking her to let him come home. Chloe accuses Kevin of avoiding the real problem in their marriage which is his stealing. Adam figures out that Sharon still thinks she might have a chance with Nick.

Chloe refuses to fight with Kevin over whether or not she is having an affair with Billy. She sadly tells Kevin that their marriage is falling apart. Sharon tells Adam he is fooling himself if he really thinks he has moved on from Chelsea. Sharon visits Cassie’s grave and tells her how much she misses her. Dylan tells Anita how much he loves Chelsea, and how he will provide Chelsea and the baby with everything they need. Avery tells Nick that she thinks he needs some space and that she can’t help him if he won’t open up to her. Adam tries to get to know Melanie but she is reluctant to reveal anything. When she excuses herself, Adam takes the opportunity to go through her phone.

When Tyler tells Neil that he can’t work this way, Neil fires him. Later, Tyler tells Noah that Neil fired him because of his feelings for Lily. Meanwhile, the blogger taunts Neil, asking him what his children and grandchildren would think if they knew what he did. Jack worries about Traci and her marriage, but she doesn’t want to talk about it. Meanwhile, Kyle agrees to have drinks with Phyllis to celebrate his success with the focus groups. Phyllis stresses what little Kyle and Summer have in common. Avery asks Nick if he has changed him mind about telling her what is bothering him. Nick calls Phyllis and leaves her a message that it’s time for them to come clean about Summer.

Billy tells Carmine that Victoria kicked him out for gambling. Carmine hands Billy a business card of a guy looking for a game. Later, Fen tells Carmine to stop texting him. Tyler accuses Devon of getting him fired. Meanwhile, Abby and Alex get into an argument at the police station. Later, Abby offers to buy Tyler a drink when she hears that he lost his job. Michael and Lauren try to enjoy watching a movie together. During dinner, they share a sweet kiss and work on rebuilding their relationship. Jill offers Hilary double her pay to divert projects to her instead of Cane. Lily comes clean with Cane, and tells him that Tyler is the reason she left the campaign. Lily tells Cane that she doesn’t have feelings for Tyler even though he may be attracted to her. Chloe and Kevin inform Delia that they are getting a divorce. Delia is pained by the news, but is assured that it has nothing to do with her. Fen passes money to a dealer in exchange for a bag of pills.
