It's a sweet treat for our remaining bakers as they dive into dessert week. For their signature bake they must make their most mouthwatering individual pudding. It's Maggie's turn to set the technical challenge and she asks the bakers to dish up a dried apricot Pavlova. And for the Showstopper, our judges will be casting their spoons over the terrific tiered treats that our bakers construct.
