Dr. Bellows gives Tony a chance to redeem himself by organizing a party. Learning NASA will pay, Jeannie serves a feast, but as NASA will not pay for water or electricity, removes both and replaces it with lighted candles. Friends of the boarders arrive and turn the party into a mod affair, but the Russian guest is delighted because there are Russian folk songs, Russian music, dancing and candlelight.
