Fredde and Mickan go to a party at the treadmill organizer Zacke, which makes Fredde start thinking about what really drives him in life. Mickan is in a constant quarrel with his daughter Ebba and asks Alex and his new girl Lisa to come and be supernannies.

Anna has quit as a teacher and will now try stand up instead. Fredde and Mickan watch a film in which there is a threesome, which puts Fredde on edge. Ove and Anette have started a preschool that should be anything but fluffy.
