Each week these compulsive cleaners are carefully matched with someone whose home is in dire need of a major 'spring clean'.

The second volunteer cleaner is Maxine, who hates clutter and spends up to four hours each day keeping her home looking pristine. Maxine meets retired librarian Dianne, who lives in a house in Norwich which she hasn't cleaned in three years. Dianne's kitchen is so bad, she eats breakfast in a cafe opposite. And Hayley and her fellow cleaners tackle some disgusting showers.

And Hayley and the team clean some microwaves.
