The uncles spread a rumor that a local businessman was murdered instead of dying from natural causes. When his son-in-law confronts them, they are determined to prove their theory and share it with Detective Fusco. Massimo is drawn into it.

His instinct as a detective always finds inspiration in some conversations, which is forced to sit in his bar, by four old-fashioned old men his uncle Ampelio, Pilade, Gino and Aldo. Massimo is also the boss of Tiziana, the handsome and prosperous waitress of BarLume, the erotic dream of everyone.
