Metalocalypse is an eleven-minute flash animated comedy airing on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim, created by Brendon Small and Tommy Blacha. The series follows the exploits of a fictitious half American/half Scandinavian death metal band known as Dethklok. The band and its members are huge the world over, but incredibly stupid - a death metal version of Spinal Tap. Watch as they leave a trail of destruction and mayhem in their wake with their ear-melting onslaught of metal!

The rest of the guys get inspired to also try their hand at endorsement deals. Metal legend King Diamond guest stars as Ronald Von Monoldburg.

Nathan begins dating a hardcore Dethklok fan, against the advice of his bandmates. The rest of Dethklok takes up smoking.
#17 - Dethecution
Season 2 - Episode 1 - Aired 9/23/2007
Dethklok has withdrawn from the public eye, and fan suicide rates are climbing. The US government hatches a plan to bring the band out of hiding and restore world order.

Upon learning that they've once again earned too much money over the past year, the band tries to "donate" as much as they can to charity as a tax write-off. So, to achieve this goal, he decides to have a recording session locked in a Russian nuclear submarine that is moving through the Mariana Trench - the deepest, darkest location in the Earth's crust itself. How brutal is that?!

Uncomfortable and embarrassed, Dethklok painfully endures while their parents are in town for a visit. They are at first pissed and doubtful when their parents announce the release of the 'Parents of Dethklok' album, but soon realize the depth of their parents' anger. The guys learn an important lesson: there's nothing more brutal in this world than raising children.
