But while Harrison is open to an attached home, Leah dreams of owning a single-family place. Their biggest challenge: the booming Denver housing market, which may prevent their $450,000 budget from going as far as they'd expected.

Newlyweds, Troy and Tammy, are searching communities an hour south of Salt Lake City for a 3 bed, 2 bath home. They have a budget of $180,000, but are not on the same page when it comes to what they want in their first place. Tammy is looking for a single family fixer, while Troy is pushing for a move-in ready condo or townhouse. Adding to the challenge, 6'6" Troy needs high ceilings and a tall shower. Tammy, on the other hand, wants a white kitchen and, as a couponer, a large pantry. With a combined sibling count of 17 brothers and sisters between them, they also need enough entertaining space for family gatherings.

They want something very unique, with lots of character. They'd also prefer it to be a multi-level home, with no carpet, and a large updated kitchen. John also wants lots of natural light, which doesn't mesh well with Polina, who prefers a dark bedroom. Will the couple be able to find their unique dream home in the competitive Northern California market?

Joe and Blair, a newlywed couple from Atlanta, Georgia, are looking for a vacation condo five hours south on the Northern Gulf coast of Florida. Business minded Joe, on the other hand, would rather be an hour east in West Panama City Beach, an up and coming area with better prices and newer properties. But trying to find something that either of them wants within their $315,000 dollar budget won't be easy in this popular vacation destination.

After living in 4 states over 3 years, Blake and Sarah want to put down roots in Scottsdale, Arizona. Problem is, they're being very particular about what they want. Since they've moved around so much, they also want to have a park nearby where they can easily meet other families. Sarah won't tolerate a dated kitchen and needs to have a house that's pet free, due to her severe allergies. Blake needs a large jetted tub, an office and a 3 car garage. But in the competitive Scottsdale real estate market, finding a house that meets all of their needs within their $600,000 budget will be tough.
