Guy Fieri sends four talented chefs running through the aisles in a high stakes, high skills, grocery store cooking competition. The chefs are hit by real-world challenges like finding workarounds when all the essential ingredients are suddenly "out-of-stock" or having to create a masterpiece when you can only cook with "5 items or less" or on a $10 budget. In the end, the food does the talking, as the last chef standing has the chance to make some serious dough!

Next, they must make tacos after all the traditional taco ingredients are thrown out of the window in Un-Gredients. The final two chefs will go to their roots when Guy asks them to make a finer diner dinner using an item from both the high end and low-end food wheels.

The finale is easy as 1, 2, 3, when the two remaining chefs must prepare potatoes two ways, using ingredients from only three aisles.

Next, competitors rummage through some creepy clearance carts to find ingredients to make a dish that won't make the judges' skin crawl. In the final round, chefs must use the red light special to make their best offal dish.

Then, the last two ladies compete in a family recipe cook-off, featuring three weird ingredients from the Fieri Food Pyramid.

The chef who best turns Guy's perilous presents into housewarming dishes gets the chance to spin the Money Wheel and win up to $20,000 in cold hard cash.

Making a regional feast without meat sounds odd, but that's what happens when all the even aisles, including the meat department, are off limits. In the final showdown, the chefs try to sweeten the pot by making a presidential dinner featuring a Red Light Special: jelly beans.

The winner goes on a shopping spree for up to $20,000 and earns a slot in the tournament finale.

The victor earns the coveted tournament trophy and a chance to more than double their winnings in an encore shopping spree!

Finally, the last two chefs must cook a dish with some high-end heat with only $20! In the end, only one chef will stand the heat and earn a shopping spree worth up to $20,000.
