The studio has developed a single-player adventure that is well worth seeing, even if we are not free of criticism. Strategy fans can also take notice: AGE OF EMPIRES 4 finally brings back the main Age of Empires series after 16 years, returning to the strengths of RTS legend Age of Empires 2. Rich, beautiful and funky - that's Game Two! At least this week. Because this time we turn to the games of the hipster elite. In FORZA HORIZON 5 they all have money like hay, give each other cars and houses and drive around in a festival in Mexico. The whole thing is pure cringe but also one of the best games of the year. In RIDERS REPUBLIC from Ubisoft, the people aren't quite as rich, but they're cool and hip. Whether it's snowboarding, biking or wingsuit riding - pretty much every breakneck extreme sport is combined here. In our review, Trant tells you whether this calculation works out. In the NEWS, Adriano also looks at the expansion pack for the Nintendo Switch Online membership, which now includes emulations of N64 and Sega Mega Drive titles. Among others, you can now play Super Mario 64, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Mario Tennis 64 on the Switch.

The gaming year 2021 was... let's say "mixed". But that's exactly why we want to look back and see if it was really that bad or if our memories are deceiving us. After all, there were already a few good games in 2021. For the Switch, for example, there was Monster Hunter Rise, for Playstation 5 there was Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, for Xbox Series X there was Forza Horizon 5, and for PC there was Age of Empires 4. And those were just a few examples. But of course we also have to talk about what drove us up the wall this year: Postponements, delays, the remake flood, bugs, glitches - the list is long. So quickly get into the episode. After all, we only have 30 minutes! Otherwise, we're out for this year for now. Included is of course GOLDENEYE 007, which was indexed in this country for a long time but has recently been removed from the index, which means that we are now allowed to talk about how good the game actually is again! Also included: SNOWBOARD KIDS, the little colorful brother of 1080° Snowboarding, BLAST CORPS, the perfect game for kids with a destructive rage and Kuro has put together a small overview of wrestling games on the N64 - of course not without taking a closer look at the star WWF NO MERCY.

In any case, Mark sat down in the tractor for you and checked the whole thing on the PC for tuber and root. Well, and then something has accumulated in our game shelf again. So it's time for UNDER THE RADAR! For example, there's fan-favorite Shin Megami Tensei V, the latest spin-off of the main Persona series, which probably means something to more people in this country. However, it follows a similar principle and relies on an extremely well-developed battle system and a crisp difficulty level. But we have even more games for you at "Under The Radar".

Games galore today! MARIO PARTY SUPERSTARS is a new/old party snack for your Nintendo Switch - with 100 games from all previous parts of the Mario Party series from N64 to WiiU. Because by now, Mario Party has over 20 years under its belt. The DARK PICTURES series hasn't been around quite that long, but after the horror surprise hit Until Dawn, development studio Supermassive Games has already released two new horror games in a similar style with Man of Medan and Little Hope. Now, the third part HOUSE OF ASHES is out and - believe it or not - it is not set in a creepy witch village or on a ghost ship, but in the Iraq war in 2003. There are even more surprises in UNDER THE RADAR. Here we have picked out the best from the last weeks. Our editor Steve also remembers Beyond Good & Evil in his excavation and discusses whether you should always play the latest games, or whether you should more often think back to the good old days. Trant also took a look at the free-to-play sports game ROLLER CHAMPIONS. Also from Ubisoft, this title is more of a modern video game: free-to-play, game-as-a-service, ingameshop, microtransactions - the whole nine yards. But what is Roller Champions all about in terms of gameplay?

This week escapism is writ large at Game Two! ELDEN RING and GRAN TURISMO 7 are the perfect games to forget everything around you and dive into a world far away from reality. In ELDEN RING, From Software has for the first time combined the concept of coherent yet unique dungeons and areas known from Dark Souls, Bloodborne and co. with an open-world concept. The result is more extensive than most Souls fans could have dreamed of. Markus had to grind hard for this review, but let's be honest: In a world from the pens of From Software and George R. R. Martin, you're happy to do that. Trant is similarly deep in GRAN TURISMO 7. The newest part of the racing simulation dares a balancing act: The extensive online mode from Gran Turismo Sport returns, as well as the career mode, for which Gran Turismo was known before GT Sport and which fans sorely missed.

Game Two is back on TV! Our first show, which is also on ZDFneo, has some really hot topics at the start: GAMESCOM 2021 is digital-only again, but there were still cool announcements. For example, we were able to see new gameplay from ELDEN RING, the new game from Dark Souls studio From Software and Game of Thrones author George R. R. Martin. SAINTS ROW gets a series reboot, and AGE OF EMPIRES 4 has trebuchets. And because we're so cool, we've also packed two reviews into the show: PSYCHONAUTS 2 from Studio Double Fine and developer legend Tim Schäfer is an absolute insider tip and 12 Minutes is a long-awaited indie game that we finally got to play.

News from the pinkest, roundest and most brutal Nintendo mascot: In KIRBY & THE FORGOTTEN LAND, everything that's out of its mind is once again sucked up - even drinks machines, stairs and entire cars. The platformer for the Nintendo Switch can be played cooperatively in multiplayer mode and promises a lot of fun - provided you can cope with Kirby's evil nature. GHOSTWIRE: TOKYO is similarly merciless. The new game from Tango Gameworks, the studio of Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami, which most recently published the two Evil Within titles, focuses less on survival horror. Instead, you can explore a beautifully designed Tokyo on the PC and Playstation 5, but you have to make some sacrifices in various other aspects. In addition to an update for Gran Turismo 7, whose microtransactions have currently triggered quite a big shitstorm, we also focus on the indie game TREK TO YOMI.
