When Jenny leaves him and returns to Dublin, Dave starts to crack up. He puts on his uniform after his shift and goes on a vigilante mission to find the gang responsible for the attack on Stamp. DC Webb gets an anonymous call and finds some of the gang members tied up and sprayed with pepper spray.

PC Polly Page is outraged by a practical joke played by PC Taviner, but she and Quinnan get their revenge in a most amusing way.

True to his word, Kerrigan shops Kevin Lee, the gang's armourer, and a search reveals a cache of weapons in Lee's pet shop. With MIT and OCG eagerly awaiting Kerrigan's information, Meadows places Kerrigan in a safe house. When a series of car bombs distracts Carver and Worrell, Kerrigan escapes.

The subject of their non-non-existant sex comes up and when asked why they haven’t yet done it, Kurt replies “We are saving ourselves”, to which everyone bursts out laughing.

When Brownlow finally heads home, Dave Quinnan calls several minicabs to go out for a late night curry, but June and Polly are seperated when their cab driver makes off with their bags and warrant cards after being pulled over by a Stafford Row probationer, P.C. Oliver Oxley. Oxley is about to arrest them until the Stafford Row CAD officer vouches for June. June helps Oliver overcome bullying at his station, while they search for her missing bag. With the help of McCann, Hollis, and some Stafford Row officers, the cab driver is found and arrested.
