After capturing Daniel and Arcee and acquiring the Plasma Energy Chamber key, Scorponok and the Decepticons make their way to Cybertron. The Autobots head after them, but Spike and Cerebros stay on Nebulos and come up with a strategy to use a Hive city as a weapon against Scorponok. Meanwhile, the Decepticons and Scorponok begin to threaten Earth and it is up to the Autobots and their allies to stop them.

The five then battle the invading Dimension X troops inside The Technodrome, resulting in the banishment of the fortress, and it's insidious occupants, into Dimension X itself.

April O'Neil, ace reporter for Channel 6, investigates recent break-ins, allegedly by Ninjas. Resulting in the thefts of numerous technologies, however, a chance encounter with a gang of thieves soon leads her to a bigger story when she is saved from the criminals by four mutant ninja turtles. The Turtles take April back to their lair, and, after getting better acquainted, April learns they are good hearted mutants. They decide to investigate the thefts together and their efforts lead them into an encounter with the mysterious ninjas, The Foot Clan, and their leader, Shredder.

Batman: The Animated Series - Season 1 - Episode 41

Edward Nygma creates the game, "The Riddle of the Minotaur", and makes millions for the company Competitron. He is then fired by his superior, Daniel Mockridge, who wants the profits for himself. Nygma vows revenge, and two years later, he takes up the mantle of the Riddler and traps Mockridge inside a life-sized version of the Minotaur maze. Batman's sympathy is with Nygma, but he and Robin have to stop him before he kills Mockridge, despite the fact that Mockridge cannot legally be brought to justice.

#23 - Blast from the Past

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Season 3 - Episode 29

Krang and Shredder are going stir crazy. They have been defeated once too often by the Turtles, so Shredder has decided to do something about it. He takes Rocksteady and Bebop up to the Earth's surface and to the Asian-American Cultural Center where the burial urn of an ancient noble warrior and founder of the Foot Clan, Shibana-Sama, is on display. Meanwhile, April is doing a live broadcast from the same Asian-American Cultural Center. Splinter suggests that he and the Turtles should hurry there at once for fear that Shredder may be on his way. But they are too late. Shredder knocks the Turtles out with a ninja smoke bomb and releases the spirit of Shibana-Sama. Shredder requests that the Warrior Spirit teach Rocksteady and Bebop the secret ways of the ninja and make them invincible. Shibana-Sama replies that only the true leader of the Foot Clan can make such a request.

The Sorceress summons He-Man, and together with Battle Cat and Orko, he sets off on a race to reach the Starseed before Skeletor does. But given that the Starseed is able to give anyone all the power that they want, is even He-Man strong enough to resist being corrupted by its power?

The Decepticons get the Plasma Energy Chamber key after an attack on Autobot City. A group of Autobots manage to get the key back after Scourge opens the chamber, but it's energy accidentally sends them to Nebulos, a world locked in civil war between the evil Hive (controlled by Lord Zarak) and rebels that despise machines. The Decepticons pursue the Autobots there and they all get involved in the war.

The Transformers - Season 2 - Episode 39

The Decepticons acquire the Key that will give them access to Vector Sigma. After using Vector Sigma, they find the Key is also capable of making organics turn into machines. Megatron prepares to use it against Earth and The Autobots will need new allies in this battle, but their creation will come at a high price.

The Decepticon ship that shot down the Ark has been found and Megatron manages to find a component containing great power. With this power a danger to everyone, Perceptor, Bumblebee and Brawn shrink down and journey through Megatron's body to get it away from the Decepticon leader.

#33 - Golden Disks of Knowledge

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe - Season 1 - Episode 64

The Sorceress summons He-Man to Castle Grayskull, which appears to be being haunted, the jaw bridge smashing repeatedly against the edge of the abyss, and the eyes flashing! Inside it is even weirder, full of grotesque holographic images of demons! The Sorceress has no idea what is going on, and Orko suggests that someone from the spirit dimension may be trying to contact The Sorceress. Using the window of the ancients, The Sorceress manages to trace the source of the haunting- the spirit of a magician called Zanthor, who was formerly a member of the Council of the Wise, but was exiled into the spirit world when he sold the Golden Disks of Knowledge to Skeletor, giving him the knowledge he needed to enter Eternia and build Snake Mountain. Zanthor wishes to amend for his crime by helping He-Man get the Disks back. So The Sorceress summons Zodac- the only remaining member of the Council of the Wise- and Zodac grants Zanthor temporary entrance into Eternia, though he must remain in spirit form until he can prove he is sincere. Zanthor then accompanies He-Man, Battle Cat and Orko to Snake Mountain, to find where Skeletor is keeping the Golden Disks of Knowledge.

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe - Season 1 - Episode 45

A severe drought has suddenly consumed Planet Eternia, causing plants to die and machines to malfunction- even He-Man himself is weakening. As the oxygen in the air becomes less and less, He-Man sets out to find the cause of the problem. His investigations lead him to the Sea of Eternity, where he teams up with an insect man called Garth to solve the problem- which is being caused by none other than Skeletor, who is using a pumping machine to drain the sea.

#35 - Trouble in Arcadia

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe - Season 1 - Episode 47

Adam and Teela stumble upon the hidden city of Arcadia, where the women live in luxury while the men work in the underground mines as slaves. Adam is sent to the mines while Teela is accepted by the women- and it is up to her to prove the equality of the sexes and help the city's queen, Sumana, see the error of her ways. Beneath ground Adam is hoping to do the same- but things become more difficult for him when a group of miners take his sword, intending to burn it in the furnace...

#36 - The Heart of a Giant

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe - Season 1 - Episode 65

Adam, Man-At-Arms and Orko are searching the forest for Salkweed needed for Man-At-Arms' experiments. But a storm strikes and Orko finds himself separated from his friends, and runs into a the clutches of a giant. He faints from shock, but awakens to find the giant has returned him to his friends- and not only that, but the giant has also delivered them a supply of Salkweed! The giant moves on before the heroes can ask him who he is and how he knew what they were looking for- but before long, both Orko and the giant are captured by the owner of a travelling Freak Show, who is making easy money by capturing human and animal oddities and displaying them as freaks. As He-Man sets out to rescue them, the giant begins plotting an escape plan, surprising Orko with his incredible intelligence, and friendliness in spite of his appearance.

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe - Season 1 - Episode 38

When testing out a teleportation device created by Man-At-Arms, Teela accidentally teleports Man-At-Arms away, and no-one knows where to. Overcome with guilt, believing she has caused a terrible fate for her father, Teela exiles herself to the Wastelands. Meanwhile, Man-At-Arms has been teleported into the clutches of Skeletor, who has imprisoned him, forcing him to make weapons for his own evil crew. He-Man must rescue Man-At-Arms, as well as convincing Teela to forgive herself for her mistake.

The Transformers - Season 2 - Episode 25

After someone steals him, Tracks is briefly unable to transform or talk. This isn't so bad, however, as it leads to the discovery that Decepticons are planning to turn stolen cars into weapons.

An attack on Avion by Skeletor causes serious damage when the kingdom's defence shield is sabotaged. A female citizen named Hawk has framed Stratos for the crime, so she can have him exiled from Avion. Once he has been banished, Hawk helps Skeletor steal the Egg of Avion, which provides the Birdpeople with the power of flight... but instead of giving her riches as he promised, he imprisons her in the Demon Zone, the home of Whiplash! Stratos teams up with He-Man, and they are faced with the three tasks of recovering the Egg, releasing Hawk, and proving Stratos' innocence!

Defenders of the Earth - Season 1 - Episode 19

Ming's attack on an oil platform, to capture a main computer containing the earth's entire energy network, is foiled by the Defenders, but all is not lost as he spots oceanographer Maurice Quiston using a brainwave transmission helmet to communicate with sea creatures. Ming convinces him to join forces in battling the ocean-destructive forces of modern society. With Qusiton operating out of Ice Station Earth, all the ocean's inhabitants obey his orders to attack oil tankers, undersea food farms and sewage systems all over the globe. Meanwhile the Phantom, an old friend of Quiston’s, finds the oceanographer's floating sea-platform vacant, while Flash, Lothar, Jedda and Mandrake try to save the food farm from destruction. Quiston discovers that Ming has betrayed him when the Evil One destroys his sea platform. He joins forces with the Phantom to stop the ocean life's attacks and then blows up his brainwave transmission helmet and computer in the control room of Ming's Ice Station Earth.

#44 - Trans-Europe Express

The Transformers - Season 2 - Episode 42

Some Autobots take part in a charity race in Europe, but it's all a Decepticon ploy to obtain metal from Augie Canay's car in order to house the Pearl of Bahoudin. With their teammates damaged by the Stunticons, it will be up to Bumblebee, Bluestreak and Tracks to stop the Decepticon plot.

#45 - Ice Cream Wars

My Little Pony 'n Friends - Season 2 - Episode 10

The First Tooth Baby Ponies are put in charge of the Newborn Twines: Sniffles & Snookums and Milkweed & Tumbleweed. The unruly twins are temporarily subdued with the promise of ice cream, but the First Tooth Baby Ponies must first reunite feuding ice cream makers Rocky Ripple and Fudgy McSwain, who have cut off Ponyland's ice cream supply.

He runs into the Rat King instead, who has stolen a truckload of chemicals and plans to turn the citizens of New York into mindless zombies so his minions of rats can rule the city. With two of their most insidious foes in the same sewer, the Ninja Turles must work with April O'Neal to stop them both.

#48 - The Gang's All Here

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Season 3 - Episode 40

Shredder tries to trick the Turtles into eating cookies made with anti-mutagen. The mutagen is supposed to change the Turtles into human weaklings so Shredder can destroy them. Donatello discovers what the cookies are made of and throws them away warning the Turtles that the mutagen is unstable. Michaelangelo wanting to be a human, tries one of the cookies and it mutates him into a teenager. As a human, he meets with April who is working undercover in a gang. This gang, lead by Lugnut, happens to be the one that Rocksteady and Bebop used to belong to. Bebop and Rocksteady ask them to steal electronic parts from an abandoned tanker for the Technodrome. Michaelangelo is having problems with the mutagen being unstable. He keeps changing from human to Turtle at the most inopportune times. April sees him at one of those times and discovers who he really is.

#49 - The Missing Map

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Season 3 - Episode 39

Zach, the 'fifth Turtle' and his brother Walt visit the Turtles. As they leave, Walt takes a map that could guide Shredder to the lair... if it happens to fall into the wrong hands. Bebop and Rocksteady find out about the map by eavesdropping on Zach and Walt. Shredder, Bebop and Rocksteady pursue Zach and Walt through a Science Fair. Walt tries to look for a place to hide the map. Meanwhile, Zach gets captured by Shredder and gets taken to the Technodrome. Walt tries to find the Turtles to inform them of what has happened to his brother. April is broadcasting from the Science Fair and notifies the Turtles that Walt was seen being chased by Shredder through the Fair. The Turtles set out to find them and on the way they run into Walt who is fleeing from Shredder. Back at the Technodrome, Zach is driving Krang crazy. He is playing with all the buttons on the console. The Turtles find out where Zach is and rescue him, making Krang very happy.

A creature made out of energy, Kremzeek, gets made and causes trouble for the Autobots, Decepticons and Japan.
