After displaying his accomplishments in creation of life, he coerces Dr. Frankenstein to create a mate for the monster (Karloff), only thought to be kill in the windmill fire at the end of the first picture.

Tonight marks the 3rd anniversary of the Svengoolie show being beamed to a national audience via the Me-TV network- but we're giving YOU the gift! After a long absence on our program, we are so happy to be able to present, once again, another landmark Universal horror film- one in which the title "creature" appears only briefly, but is still one of the most memorable characters in the studio's horror gallery- it's the 1935 sequel to the original "Frankenstein"- "Bride of Frankenstein"- as the first entry in this month's theme- "Rotten Relatives Reunion"!

Tonight on MeTV- a 1964 film foretells the future with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV- but a freak accident turns the screen into a path to a frightening future on a decimated earth- overrun by fierce mutants and the struggling survivors of humanity! #10 - Dan Curtis' 'Dracula' (1974)

This 1974 made-for-TV production, starring Jack Palance, was originally called “Bram Stoker’s Dracula”- but is now identified with the Dan Curtis monicker to avoid confusion with the Francis Ford Coppola 1992 film- and also because Coppola actually bought the exclusive rights to the title “Bram Stoker’s Dracula”! Regardless, this was really the first version of the Dracula story to touch upon the Vlad the Impaler history of the Count, and to adhere more closely- but not entirely- to the original novel.

#11 - The Mummy’s Curse

It's the final chapter that wraps up the original Universal series of Mummy movies ( if you don't count "Abbott and Costello Meet the Mummy")- with Kharis' beloved and oft-reincarnated true love reappearing - and the undying embalmed one bringing death to the bayou- in "The Mummy's Curse"!

This Saturday on Svengoolie is the cult classic KILLER KLOWNS FROM OUTER SPACE. This movie is a 1988 American science fiction horror comedy film written, directed and produced by the Chiodo Brothers, and starring Grant Cramer, Suzanne Snyder, John Allen Nelson and John Vernon. It is the only movie written and directed by the Chiodo Brothers, who also created the practical effects and makeup. It concerns a clan of evil extraterrestrials who resemble clowns. They arrive on Earth and invade a small town in order to capture, kill and harvest the human inhabitants to use as sustenance.

A London botany professor returns from Africa with a small chimpanzee called Konga he injects the animal with a serum extracted from a carnivorous plant, which turns it into a gorilla monster that goes on a rampage throughout London.

A young teacher on her way to a position in Transylvania helps a young man escape the shackles his mother has put on him.
