Several decades ago, a mysterious enemy called the Unknown invaded the Earth, and several children were evacuated to a cold sleep facility in order to escape the invasion. Years later, the children awake from their slumber and learn that their bodies have developed various supernatural abilities. In order to protect the country from the Unknown emerging from the Tokyo Bay Gate, the boys and girls set up defense in Tokyo, Kanagawa and Chiba, and fight for the sake of humanity.

Among them all, the head of the Tokyo school, Ichiya Suzaku, defeats Unknown with particularly overwhelming power, but Tokyo's subhead, Canaria Utara, observes his lack of teamwork with a troubled expression.
