A woman fearing for her life makes a panicked 911 call. The next day blood is found in the hotel room she shared with a fraternity boy on a one night stand. Nicole and Jess expect that they are searching for a body but find out that they have been misled. Nicole and Jess could be in danger from a serial killer on the loose.

Jess has no idea what her dreams involving a man eating garbage and screaming coming from behind a red door mean. Jess and Antonio discourage Nicole from re-starting her smoking habit which she gave up five years earlier.

Assistant Director Pollock identifies the body as that of an unprofessional undercover woman he had been using to get information about a gang of bank robbers. Jess has dreams about the snitch getting the electric chair and of Pollock kissing the woman.
