On the tour, Star Jones inadvertantly disses her on The View, John McEnroe butchers her name on his talk show (which is cancelled shortly after Kathy appears), no one shows up to her hyped DVD signings, and Jay Leno calls her ugly on air, which really breaks Kathy's heart and deflates her already-low ego. I guess that's what happens when you're on the D-List.
