The fake Luke tells the real Luke about the police arresting Faison. He also tells him about Helena's involvement and claims no one will ever suspect he's not Luke. Luke wants to know who really is and the fake Luke tells him that he isn't wearing a mask. Carlos taunts Sonny at the prison reminding him of their past. Sonny later runs into Johnny. Britt tells her mother about Nikolas wanting to press charges against her. Liesl thinks she should leave town with her parents and fills her in on Helena's plan. Sabrina runs into Michael and they talk about Carlos and then he reminds her of the job offer he made to her. Sabrina offers him some advise before running into Carlos on the street who has been released from prison. Jason becomes defensive after being cornered by Helena. She then tells him who he really is and stops him fro leaving to go and find Sam. She explains that she had him 'conditioned' and how Victor groomed him to work for her. Helena then gives him secret instructions. Cesar tells Anna about causing some problems for Patrick and Sam. Anna quizzes him about Helena. Sam demands some answers from Patrick who admits that Jason survived but died later while Robin was trying to keep him alive. Sam is furious with Patrick. Nikolas pays Elizabeth a visit and tells her that she was right about Britt. Nikolas learns that Helena is still alive.

Franco is on the pier thinking about Karma and how people need to pay. Michael is at the Floating Rib and runs into Rosalie. Morgan and Kiki talk to Anna at the police about Ava's baby. Nina looks at her mother lying on the floor. Shawn attempts to come up with a plan. Dante turns the door handle. Liesl listens to the messages on her phone. Duke and Sonny talk to each other in their cells at the police station. Duke fills Sonny in on what happened at the wedding. Dante and Nathan open the door and enter the warehouse. Dante wonders what is going on and where Franco is. Franco pays Liesl a visit. Silas shows up to see Nina. Dante tells Heather that she is being returned to Ferncliff and he wants to talk to Shawn about how she got out of there. Duke tells Sonny that Anna thinks he betrayed her. Sonny feels bad but Duke insists that it was his decision. Michael opens up to Rosalie. Kiki attempts to keep Morgan calm. Silas sees Madeline lying on the floor. An upset Kiki tells her father that she has lost Michael forever and he tells her not to give up hope. Ava wakes up in her room in a panic and asks her brother if they have found her baby. Madeline wakes up confused in the hospital. Nathan tells her she’s cuffed to the bed because she helped Nina take the baby. Madeline explains what happened and that Nina left with Franco. Michael wakes up in bed next to Rosalie and ignores a message from Kiki. Rosalie thinks they have made a mistake but Michael insists that he is through with Kiki. Rosalie admits that she knew about the kidnapping and goes on about how bad she feels for Ava. Kiki shows up and sees them in bed together. Nina holds Ava's baby and thanks Franco for his help. Franco tells her about what happened at the wedding. Franco plays along after Nina insists that she gave birth to the baby. Alexis shows up at the police station and tells Sonny that she is here to help Duke and not him. Duke believes that Sonny needs her more than he does. Sonny wants Alexis to represent him. Alexis suggests that he call Diane. Anna quizzes Scott about Franco's whereabouts. Scott agrees to issue a warrant for his arrest. Duke is brought upstairs but Anna refuses to talk to him. Duke tells Alexis that he thinks he is going to end up in jail. Alexis tells him that he can stay out if he tells the police everything that he knows about Sonny. Carly reads the news about Sonny and hugs Morgan. Carly ends up being arrested. Carly tells Morgan not to worry about her and to look for the baby. Carly is taken down to the cells.

Special Agent Kyle Sloan from the Justice Department shows up at Wyndermere wanting to talk about Victor. Nikolas and Britt learns that some sensitive information about what Anna and Robert did to Faison has come to light. He continues that they are still looking for Robert and that they intend to charge Anna with fraud, corruption and murder. Michael tells Kiki that it is her fault that he has ended up in bed with Rosalie who attempts to apologize and leaves. Michael tells Kiki that he doesn't love her anymore. Anna sends out a bulletin to find Franco and Nina. Lucy shows up wanting to see Duke. Anna refuses and then explains that he's with his lawyer. Duke refuses to turn on Sonny. Carly is put in the cell close to Sonny. where she curses Franco. Sonny insists this is all his own fault. Carly tells Sonny that she loves him and after he tells her he loves her too, he continues that love isn't enough. Michael shows up. Liesl isn't happy to see Jake hobbling around the hospital with Elizabeth. Jason sees some pictures of Edward, Lila and Alan and says they look familiar. Elizabeth takes Jason home. Something clicks when he sees a picture of how he used to look.

Patrick and Sam talk about Larry after talking the children to Kelly's. Michael wants AJ exonerated and demands Sonny helps him do it. Carly claims that she destroyed the recording. Michael believes that Sonny is just proving once again that has no honor. Sonny offers to give him the recording. Carly becomes upset after Michael leaves. Larry talks to Jerry on the phone as Alice interrupts their call. Larry wants to talk to Tracy and his son about saving ELQ from its CEO and his bad publicity. Michael then shows up and announces that wants to be known as Michael Quartermaine from now on. Elizabeth shows Jason her family photos, including one of Jake. Patrick brings Cameron home who feels awkward around Jason. Patrick tells Jason that he noticed he had brain surgery. Sam walks in looking for Patrick. Jason and Sam stare at one another. Agent Sloane asks Britt to help him bring down Anna and attempts to convince her to press charges against Anna for murdering her father. Britt refuses to help him as she believes that Anna did the world a favor. Anna and Liesl argue at the hospital.

Sonny asks Shawn to give the recording to Michael. Diane shows up to represent Sonny and knows about the recording and says they can use it to get leniency for him. Sonny informs her that he has given it to Michael and he won’t use it to save himself. Sonny learns that Duke has been sent to Pentonville pending a trial, and Alexis informs him that Carly is likely next. Monica is pleased after Michael asks to move into the mansion. Ned also welcomes Michael into the family. Tracy and Michael trade insults though. Michael thinks that Larry might be working with Jerry. Shawn shows up with the recording and Michael and Monica listen to it together. Kiki confronts her mother over the fact that she killed Connie. Liesl calls hr daughter and leaves her a message demanding that he comes to see her. Patrick and Sam show up and Liesl informs Patrick that the board has decided to reinstate him. Agent Sloan refuses to Anna why he is in Port Charles. Ava vanishes. Liesl threatens to tell Nikolas the truth unless Britt agrees to help her. Sam and Patrick overhear Larry making a call to Jerry.

Jordan and Shawn inform TJ that there are things about his father he doesn't know, like how he died. TJ is upset by what he learns. Michael accuses Kiki of helping Ava to get away and reveals to Anna that Kiki knew Ava killed Connie. Kiki promises to let them know if she hears from her mother. Morgan shows up and defends Kiki. After Michael leaves, Kiki tells Morgan about seeing Michael in bed with Rosalie. Patrick and Sam wonder whether Luke's being held hostage. Larry mentions a security box at the bank as they continue to listen in. Anna grills Julian about where he's hiding his sister but he insists that he has no idea where she is. Anna decides to hold Julian for 48 hours after he insists that he had no idea his sister killed Connie. Ava shows up at Silas's door looking for help. Silas ends up agreeing to allow her to stay. Bobbie slaps Scott at the court. Diane warns Carly not to say anything. Sonny talks to Carly. Bobbie tells Scott they are over. Diane tells the judge that Carly is not a flight risk and requests bail. Scott has no objection to it but the judge denies bail. Sonny and Diane come up with a plan. Sonny wants to talk to Scott. Sonny then comes out of the courtroom and tells Carly that she's going home. Diane announces that Sonny pled guilty. Sonny tells Carly that he loves her. Michael watches as Sonny is taken away.

Olivia goes to see Julian at the police station and demands that he tells her where Ava is. Julian insists he doesn't know where she is as Lucas shows up to see him. Ava is shocked to see herself on the front page of the newspaper and is concerned that Silas will see it. Silas agrees to help her look for Nina. Sam and Patrick tell Lulu about Larry working with Jerry. They want her to keep Larry distracted while they go to the bank. Britt is worried about her mother's threat. Anna is surprised to find Liesl in her office. Liesl tells Anna that she will soon be in prison with Duke. Anna doubts Scott will ever prosecute her as Sloane shows up to announce that he will. Sloane accuses her of murder and hands her a subpoena. Anna insists that Faison is still alive. Larry talks to Jerry on the phone about their plan. Alexis goes to see Julian. Franco takes a look at the news on his tablet. Nina wakes up and is surprised to discover that they are in the same bed. Franco shows her the news and explains that it's Ava baby and not hers. Franco attempts to get her to admit that her relationship with Silas is over. Franco promises to stand by her.

Anna insists that she can prove that Faison is still alive. Lulu stops Larry from leaving. Luke is showed in a straight jacket. Anna tells Liesl and Sloane that she and Robert confronted Faison in the stables at Wyndermere. Spencer has something important to show Emma. Sam and Patrick get their hands on the box at the bank. Lulu mentions her father and Jerry to Larry. At Miscavage a man enters Luke's room and gives him a pill to swallow. After he leaves, Luke spits out the pill. Anna continues that Faison tried to escape and she came close to killing him but couldn't go through with it. Liesl wants to know what happened next. Sam and Patrick find another box locked inside of the one they have just opened. Julian promises to tell Alexis everything. Luke is determined to escape. Lulu attempts to warn Patrick and Sam that Larry has left. Sam and Patrick hear Larry's voice outside the room. Anna tells Liesl that Faison is still on Spoon Island. Spencer wants Emma to give their relationship another chance and they then hear a noise. Nikolas and Britt find the children in the stable. Luke has some flashbacks. Larry enters the room and wonders what Patrick and Sam are up to. Anna offers to take Liesl to Faison. Nikolas is surprised when Anna, Sloane and Liesl show up. Julian tells Alexis about Luke not being who he seems to be. Luke manages to break free from the straight jacket. Sam manages to open the box after Larry leaves. Sam sees a picture of Faison inside. Anna shows them where she left Faison. Luke manages to get the door open. As Luke is about to leave the fake Luke shows up and they come face to face.

An upset TJ cries on Molly's shoulder. Faison is nowhere to be seen. Lulu receives a text message from Sam and Patrick. Alexis is shocked to learn that Luke is an impostor. TJ tells Molly what Shawn and and his mother told him. Molly wants to know if TJ is saying that Shawn in his father. Julian tells Alexis that he doesn't know the fake Luke's real identity. Sam and Patrick return to the Quartermaine mansion where they tell Tracy what happened and what they found. Anna thinks that Faison must have escaped. The fake Luke and Luke fight. TJ tells Molly how Shawn killed his father. Julian explains to Alexis how he became involved with the fake Luke. TJ tells Molly how everything he believed about his father was a lie. Anna wants to put an APB on Faison and Agent Sloan asks her when was the last time she saw him. Molly attempts to reason with TJ. Somebody shows up to see Jordan after Shawn leaves. Julian admits to Alexis that Ric was innocent. Shawn shows up to talk to TJ. Alexis is furious with Julian. Agent Sloan wants some clarification from Anna that she threw Faison in the hole a year ago and never came back. Tracy and Lulu attempt to work out what has been going on. Molly thinks that TJ should not write Shawn off. Alexis thinks that Molly needs to know the truth. Anna learns from the man who Robert employed to keep an eye on Faison that he has been giving him false information. Luke is determined to get his old life back. Faison is seen on the pier.

Michael thinks about officially changing his name. Carly pays him a visit to wish him a happy Thanksgiving. Michael wants her to leave and they end up arguing. Michael refuses to back down about changing his name. Sonny is taken to see Duke in the interview room who tells him that he didn't turn him in. Sonny explains that he has pleaded guilty for Carly's sake as well as his. Duke thanks him after Sonny tells him that he is a free man. Sonny wants him to take over the business. Duke thinks that he should ask Shawn but Sonny insists that he wants him to be in charge. After Duke leaves, Carly shows up to see Sonny. Anna looks over the reports of Faison's death as Alexis shows up and requests Julian's release. Anna ends up agreeing to sign the paperwork. Sloane shows up clashes with Anna again about Faison. Duke later shows up to see Anna. Julian insists on going to see Luke with Alexis after he is released. Patrick goes to see Sam about the investigation and she admits she's spending Thanksgiving alone with Danny. Patrick suggests she and Danny come to Elizabeth's with her. Luke wakes up in a padded room at Miscavige and sees Helena in the room. Luke thinks that she is a hallucination. Julian and Alexis show up to see him and Julian explains that Luke has been there nearly a year. Alexis comes face to face with Helena. Alexis walks into Luke's room and is shocked by what she sees. Jason has a nightmare. There is a knock at the door and Jason comes face to face with Helena.

Duke confronts Anna over what she did to Faison and he feels that they both lied to each other and they should attempt to move on. Anna is concerned that Duke is too in love with his lifestyle and she doesn’t think she can continue their relationship. Duke then reveals that he is taking over Sonny’s business while he is in prison, so they’ll be in a relationship whether she likes it or not. Liesl shows up at Wyndermere for dinner with Britt and Nikolas. Faison is outside and spies on them through the window. Carly has to tell Sonny about Michael changing his name and moving into the Quartermaine mansion. Sam takes Danny by to see Monica and Michael. Olivia, Dante and Lulu all show up for dinner. As everyone is about to eat, Monica announces that one of the dishes has caused the cook to come down with food poisoning and everything will have to be thrown away. Alice manages to save the day with some pizzas. Helena claims to be an old friend of the family and Jason invites her in. Helena slips away when Jason goes to get Elizabeth. Sam, Patrick and the children then show up. At Miscavige, Julian and Alexis see Luke confided in a straight jacket in his cell. Alexis attempts to free him and asks about his visit from Helena. Luke isn't happy when he works out that Julian was in on what was going on. Nathan shows up for dinner with his sister and Liesl. Helena shows up and stops Faison from going inside and reminds him of the job he has to do. Faison later reveals himself to Liesl. Helena returns to Elizabeth's place and spies on everybody through the window as they eat. Alexis shows up at the Quatermaine mansion with Luke.

Morgan and Kiki enjoy Thanksgiving at Kelly’s. Morgan is unable to concentrate on the holiday as his mind is on the baby. Nina and Franco are on Prince Edward’s island up in Canada.Franco thinks that they need to return the baby but Nina refuses. Silas can not find his phone and asks Ava if she’s seen it. Ava finds his phone and claims that she must have taken it by mistake. Julian returns home to his apartment hoping to see his sister but finds Jordan there instead. Jordan wants answers about their boss. Julian tells her the truth about what he knows. Alexis surprises everyone by bringing Luke home. Dante explains they’ve been investigating him as Julian’s possible boss and in the death of Patrick Drake’s son. Luke says he’s innocent, and Alexis defends him and explains that he has been locked up in Miscavige. Dante and Ned stop Larry from escaping as Lulu explains what Sam and Patrick found on Larry. Faison is reunited with Liesl. Nikolas walks in on Britt who is furious with her mother for once again threatening to ruin her happiness with Nikolas.

Anna insists to a reporter that they are doing everything that they can to get the baby back. Lucy sees Duke and is surprised to see he's free and begins to hug him. Anna sees them and Lucy goes on about how great Alexis must be. Lucy believes Anna is worried about Duke's new job. Luke believes that they should be looking the person who stole his face. Alexis makes excuses for Julian which fails to impress Ned. Luke catches up with daughter as he has a drink. Tracy later breaks down in his arms. The fake Luke points a gun at Julian and they exchange threats. Dante and Anna show up and the fake Luke claims to be the real one. Ann peals off his mask. Nikolas demands to know what's going on and Liesl claims that she's pleased about Faison's freedom. Britt ens up telling Nikolas the truth about what happened with Spencer whilst he was missing. Silas tells Ava that he knows she's running away from the police and not Sonny. Ava attempts to convince him to let her go.

Franco continues to get Nina to agree return the baby but she refuses. Franco thinks that they at least give the baby a name and Nina ends up calling her Jamie. Madeline is handcuffed to a desk at the police station and knows that she is headed to Pentonville. She talks to Nathan about his real parents. Nikolas is shocked after Britt admits she was behind Spencer running away. Liesl blames herself as she is the one who pushed Britt to do it. Nikolas is furious with Britt for endangering his son and teaching Spencer that it is okay to lie to him. Nikolas then throws her out. Alexis informs Molly that her father was innocent all along. Lulu introduces Luke to his grandson Rocco. Lulu receives an update from Dante and tells Luke and Tracy that Faison was the imposter. Anna slaps Faison after taking the fake Luke mask off him. Anna arrests Julian who explains that he couldn’t get out of the business. Liesl walks in on Nathan talking to Madeline. Dante then brings Faison in. Faison soon works out that Nathan is Liesl’s son. Madeline blackmails her sister. After Alexis shows up, Anna reveal to her that Ric is still alive. Faison us allowed to make a telephone call and he calls Luke and says that everything worked on his end. Luke, who is really the fake Luke, says nobody here are any wiser.

Spencer wants Nikolas to tell him where Britt is and he then stands up for her. Nikolas says that he can't be with someone who used his son. Spencer loves Britt and is upset with Nikolas for making her go away. Liesl wonders how Faison could have allowed himself to be caught. Helena then shows up reminds Liesl that Victor was part of her family. Brad runs into Britt and notices that something is wrong but she doesn't want to talk about it. She then ends up telling him what happened. Liesl later attempts to comfort her daughter. Anna and Faison talk over each other in the interrogation room. She later lets Patrick and Sam in leaves. Sam demands some answers about Jason. Patrick then confronts him about his son's death. Faison tells Sam about what Robin had been doing at Creighton-Clark with Jason and suggests that she get the rest of her answers from Patrick. Patrick later admits to Sam that he knows that Jason is alive. Alice brings Luke breakfast and goes on about what a jerk his impostor was. Tracy and Anna then show up and Anna apologizes since everything was all her fault. Jason sees a picture of Helena in a newspaper causing a memory to come back to him. When he goes to the pier, Helena is waiting for him. The real Luke is revealed as being held in the basement.
