Michael updates Dante as Starr lies passed out. Dante calls for assistance as Michael continues to try and get Cole and Hope out of the car. The car ends up going over the side and Michael is upset that he couldn't save them. Dante tells Michael that he did everything that he could and it is not his fault. They then see the car explode. As Mac shows up, Michael carries Starr away. Dante finds out that the other car involved in the accident belongs to Anthony. Mac sees that the tires on Anthony's car have been shot out and he thinks that Sonny was responsible. Michael takes Starr to the hospital and tells Epiphany what happened. Michael finds Starr's driver's license and picture of Cole and Hope. Jason tells Patrick to thank Robin for him as he is about to have his surgery. Patrick sees a vision of his wife in the room and Robin knows Patrick is going to let Jason die on the table. Robin reminds her husband that he is a healer and not a killer. Robin urges Patrick not to throw his life away because of her death. Sonny finds Sam in the hospital lobby and she informs him that Patrick is the only surgeon qualified to do Jason's surgery. Sonny becomes upset as they talk about Robin and Jason not knowing about her death. Sonny congratulates Sam after she tells him about the baby she is expecting. Luke attempts to reason with Helena not to kill Ethan, but she wants Luke to suffer like she has. As Helena is about to shoot Ethan, Holly Sutton shows up. Holly ends up standing in front of her son so Helena can not shoot him. Holly learns what is going on and tells Helena that she won't get her vengeance through Ethan because he isn't Luke's son as he's actually really Robert's son. Helena refuses to believe her but Holly insists it's true and that the DNA tests were doctored. Spinelli attempts to tell Maxie about Robin after she returns home but she ends up announcing that he has to move out. She talks about attempting to work things out with Matt and Spinelli finally gets the

Dante shows up at the Quartermaine house and confronts Tracy and asks her where Anthony is. Tracy tells him that she has no idea where he is and that Sonny is the guilty party. After throwing Dante out, Tracy breaks the sad news to her father about Robin's death. After talking, Sonny and Kate make plans to meet later. When Dante goes to Kate's office he finds nobody there and a gun. After Carly leaves Johnny's place, Anthony shows and asks for his help. Anthony insists that he was not the one who fired a shot at Sonny and he continues that Sonny shot out the tires on his car. Anthony thinks back to the accident, and how he refused to help Starr. After Anthony leaves, Kate shows up all dressed up to see Johnny. Blair Cramer shows up at the hospital and informs Epiphany that she is looking for daughter called Starr Manning. Epiphany tells Blair about the accident and Blair is left in a state of shock when she learns that Hope and Cole didn't survive. Blair wants to see her daughter but is warned by Epiphany that Starr doesn't know about Cole and Hope's deaths yet. Michael sits by an unconscious Starr's bed and doesn't think that he should be the one to tell her that her boyfriend and daughter are dead. Blair enters the room and Michael tells her more about the accident. Blair wants to know what has happened to the driver of the other car involved in the accident. Starr opens her eyes and asks her mother where Cole and her daughter are. Sam asks Monica if she thinks there's any way Patrick could have ruined Jason's surgery on purpose. Monica doesn't think Jason should be told about Robin until Patrick gives the go-ahead. When Carly shows up Sam asks her to leave. Outside his room, Sam fills Carly in on Jason's condition. Carly can't believe Sam has not told Jason about Robin's death and vows to tell him the second he wakes up. After Carly runs into Sonny she learns from him how Robin saved Jason's life. Helena, Luke and Ethan don't believe that Holly is telling them the truth. Luke wants Holly to tell him why she would say Ethan was his son if it weren't true. Holly tells him it was the only way she could try and win him back because she still loves him. Helena still still doesn't believe it and has hair taken from Ethan and Luke to have tested at her secret lab. Holly helps free Luke and Ethan after Helena leaves and Luke then demands the truth from her. Epiphany informs Michael that they're still attempting to get hold of Starr's family. When Starr wakes up at the hospital she is confused. She ends up getting upset after Michael doesn't say anything when she asks where Cole and her daughter are. Epiphany gives Starr a sedative which sends her to sleep. Dante finds Sonny and confronts him and tells him about the incident that Anthony's car was involved in. Dante asks his father if he shot out the tires on Anthony's car and Sonny insists that he did not. Patrick informs Sam that Jason's surgery went perfectly, but they don’t know if it has worked yet. Epiphany gives Patrick a pep talk after he becomes upset again about his wife's death. Robert shows up at the Drake house to see Anna who tells him about their daughter's death. Robert ends up going to the morgue and remembers the first time he met Robin. Olivia discovers Kate with her bloody wedding dress on at Crimson. Kate tells her that she had a really bad night and is trying to forget about it. Kate has a sudden change of mood just as Sonny shows up. Elizabeth waits for a repairman to show up as Ewen arrives up at her house. Lulu calls and informs her about Robin's death. Ewen attempts to comfort her.

Carly is caught by Johnny attempting to sneak out of his place in the morning without saying goodbye. Carly insists that she has a life to return to when he asks her to stay for breakfast. After Johnny gets drunk, Carly admits to him how she set the events in motion that led to Sonny finding out about Claudia being his mother. Johnny accepts her apology. Carly thinks that Johnny should just let Sonny live his own life now and he do the same. Johnny and Carly end up in bed together again. Kate shows Sonny her bloody wedding dress and they go over the past. Kate explains that she would have given up everything to be with him but wasn't able to give up his vengeance for Anthony to be with her. Sonny becomes upset as he informs Kate about Robin's death. Things end up heating up between them. Holly is confronted by Luke and Ethan at Wyndemere about Ethan's true parentage. She informs them that she was lying to Helena so that she could protect Ethan. Ethan learns why his mother came to town. Luke is able to convince Ethan not to go after Helena before he leaves. Holly tells Luke that Helena won't be happy after she gets the DNA test results back. Patrick and Anna talk about Robin and Emma. Elizabeth shows up to offer Patrick her condolences. Elizabeth ends up trying to help Patrick tell Emma what has happened to Robin. Mac shows up and stops Robert from entering the morgue because this is not how he wants to remember her. Robert punches his brother and locks himself inside the morgue. Robert pulls back the sheet over Robin's body and breaks down. Robin appears to him and asks where he was while she was burning up in the lab and why didn't he save her. When Robin looks up his daughter is gone. Anna shows up and gets the keys and unlocks the door to the morgue. Robert storms out and as Anna is about to pull back the sheet, she gets a text from Robert who says he can't do this and that he is leaving. Anna texts Luke for help.
