Ciara finally is fed up with Larry's blind devotion to Sophie and leaves their latest film causing Larry finally realizes his real muse was always Ciara.

Dean Loward and Royce's plan to initiate dig up dirt and expel James after Royce is reelected Student Body President causes James to begin a campaign to unseat his rival, Cooper attempts to get Karen away from Emmanuelle and Ophelia learns of Royce's betrayal.

Dean Loward decides to let James graduate in order to be rid of him. Zach, Karen and Larry rent a dilapidated Frat House with incoming freshmen Victoria, Maxwell and Olga, and throw a farewell party for James. But will James really be able to leave college life and his merry band of friends?

Karen tries to cool the passion with new roommate Cooper by setting him up with French exchange student, Emmanuelle, whose is more interested in another roommate. Ophelia considers moving in with Royce who is cheating with another co-ed. James knows Royce is cheating but keeps the information to himself. Karen and Larry continue their sibling rivalry for control of the condo.

In the season finale, Ophelia receives the news that she won her grant and will be leaving for Borneo in a week. The end of the semester means that friends will be parting and the gang quickly plans a party where a number of surprising twists ensue.

Ophelia and Lisa go streaking across the campus and wind up stuck in the Dean's office where they hook up, but when Ophelia tells James about the encounter her informs her that the Dean has a security system taping all activities in his office. That sends the couple on a mission to recover the incriminating tape. Meanwhile, Jose and Freddy try to learn the secret of nerdy John Silverman's success with the ladies.

Freddy's addiction to pornography causes his house mates to stage an intervention. He denies he has a problem but finally agrees to a challenge. While the Co-ed men try to use seduction in order to score points for their bar, Double D's, the Co-ed women get serious about competing as they sponge down and bare all. A certain rock star from James' past is back in the picture.

Larry plans a Sci-Fi themed student film with the dual goals, a passing grade and the attention of the girl of his dreams. Cooper offers his unique vision to the project adding a pornographic slant to the production.

James lies to Ophelia about his bachelor party plans but Cooper tells Karen all so Ophelia, Karen and Emily decode to sneak into the strip club and catch the boys at play. Things go array when they arrive; the boys have gone to spy on Ophelia's Bachelorette party and the three girls wind up as feature performers for the strip club. Meanwhile Larry follows through on his feelings for Ciara. While she is dancing Ophelia finds a drunken Ring who professes his regret at the loss of Ophelia's love.

Ophelia is having passionate flashbacks to her time with James, which disturbs her relationship with Ring. Larry turns to James for romantic advice. Karen is visited by a guy from her past (summer) and Emmanuelle amuses herself when not otherwise occupied.

A sold out concert by pop star Minx excites Karen so she decides to enter the Omega House in a radio station scavenger hunt with the prize of free tickets. Sibling rivalry rears up as Larry claims the right to captain the team over Karen's objection. A search ensues for a DD bra and a picture of an authority figure in a compromising position. Both teams manage to obtain one of the items but will Larry and Karen set aside their family feud long enough to claim the prize?

#21 - Fact vs. Fiction

The co-eds are back but without womanizing party boy, James. Now that he is married to Ophelia he has gone to Florida to seek job opportunities. A series of sexual experiments wins Ophelia a research grant and the opportunity to travel to Florida with her research team, aka the co-ed housemates, in tow. Ophelia is excited about reuniting with her new husband, but can marriage really change the old James?

The sale of "Vantastic" creates a rift between Zach and Karen, forcing them to seek guidance from a school counselor; James and Layla battle their feelings for one another; Ciara spends the day seeking the identity of her mysterious lesbian lover; the girls object to a male-oriented theme for the weekend's reunion bash at the bar and agree to a touch-football game to settle the issue.
