The Dearlys finally decide to move into General Smedley's old farm. But the trio- Lucky, Rolly, and Cadpig don't want to. They love the city and decide to go back to their old home. However, Cruella, their new neighbor, is already scheming to steal the farm from the Dearlys.

Cruella is given responsibility of the farm, while Roger and Anita are away for the weekend and Nanny goes to see her sister. However, Cruella plans to trick Bill Spotly into signing a contract, allowing her to build factories all around the farm.
