As Thomas and Penelope investigate the mystery surrounding Geoffrey's death, they become close to each other, and Thomas with this and with flashbacks to his haunting dream that seems to have predicted Geoffrey's death, he feels as though he's almost stepped into Geoffrey's life. The pair uncover that Geoffrey was once part of a powerful group of assassins, and seems to have been killed to stop him from having chance to expose the group. Meanwhile, Thomas learns that Higgins is reluctant to use the stay in England as an opportunity to visit his father, whom he has not seen in forty years after a falling out...

One night, Rick, feeling down after learning that a girl he was serious about is getting married, meets an attractive young woman called Sara, a beautiful woman dressed in a white vale. As the pair befriend each other, she tells him that she is being terrorised by a man named Henry Ellison, after she didn't return his feelings of love. But during a walk on the beach with the girl, she suddenly disappears, seemingly into thin air. Rick insists that Thomas look in to it, and they learn that Sara died 35 years ago, after supposedly committing suicide, though there was rumour that suggested she was murdered; and sightings of her ghost are occasionally reported. Magnum digs into both the past and present to find if there is logical explanation and if someone is impersonating Sara, or if it really was something more ethereal that Rick encountered..

While Higgins is busy training Ian MacKerras for the running of the castle, Thomas takes the opportunity to visit Geoffrey St. Clare, an old friend from Vietnam, but upon arrival, Geoffrey's wife Penelope informs him that Geoffrey has been killed, after being run down in a hit-and-run incident with a black Jaguar. But there is mystery surrounding the death - Geoffrey was supposed to be in France, and the circumstances suggest that, far from being an accident, the death was deliberate murder.The events of Geoffrey's killing seem to be echoing a disturbing, bizarre dream that Magnum had on the journey to England...

Lee contends that he accidentally killed his Australian nemesis years ago and, in a panic, exchanged identities with the dead man. Now, charged with both deserting and murder, Lee is to be tried in an Australian court, pitting Harm against Brumby. Harm and Brumby are also about to go head-to-head outside the courtroom when Mac appears in Sydney and Brumby decides it's time to make her choose between him and Harm.

The test of a new torpedo is carried out on board the submarine, the USS Tiger Shark. The test is overseen by the civilian software developer, Dirk Grover. This torpedo is designed to approach and then ""shadow"" its target until it is necessary to hit & destroy. But something goes wrong and the torpedo disappears. Grover then tells the captain that the torpedo is under his control and he will destroy a luxury cruise ship if he is not paid $40 million in gold.Lt. Rabb and Lt.(j.g.)Austin, are sent to the Tiger Shark to assess the seriousness of the threat and if necessary, negotiate with Grover to avoid loss of life.Once on board, Grover insists that he must periodically send commands to the torpedo and to demonstrate, sets off an explosive charge flooding a compartment. In the course of the invesigation, the torpedo is located shadowing a British Liner; Rabb learns that Grover really isn't in control of the torpedo unless the ship is within 4000 yds of it, so Rabb steals Grover's lapt

While demonstrating the capabilities of the new prototype supercopter codenamed 'Airwolf', Dr. Charles Moffet goes rogue, steals the chopper and kills almost all of the observers. At least one man -- Michael Coldsmith Briggs III survives. Briggs, codenamed 'Archangel' is the head of a covert organization called 'The Firm' and Archangel calls upon the one man in the world he knows that can retrieve the copter. The problem is Stringfellow Hawke is not only a loner, but a recluse as well. The amount of money the Firm is willing to pay for Airwolf's recovery is irrelevant. Hawke wants just one thing - the safe return of his brother, Saint John, who was captured during the Vietnam war and is evidently a POW.

Nurse Nancy tells Boyle that he can forget about that night and the next and the next and that she never wants to see him again. On their mission that day the squadron strafes a harbor at Raubaul and comes out okay. But as they are leaving the area Boyle spots a train and asks permission to go after it. Greg has a feeling that he should not let him go as they have just enough fuel to get back to La Cava. He lets Boyle and Casey take a run at the train. Casey goes first and hits the target, passing over the train afterwards. Boyle makes a better hit, causing a large explosion. His plane flies through the explosion and catches on fire. Greg tells him to try to make it to England. T
