Homicide: Life on the Street - Season 4 - Episode 18
Lewis and Kellerman's investigation of a murder in a housing project puts them at odds with a civilian-patrol group, run by the Black Muslims. Munch is excited because Stan is scheduled to come back June 1st. Russert and Munch catch a case where both the victim and shooter are dead. She with Howard must decide whether to circumvent the so-called "blue wall of silence" among police officers when it is discovered that the officer on the scene didn't react in time. Barnfather stops Lewis and Kellerman's charging of a Muslim, until something is leaked to the newspapers. The "big man" is scheduled to come to the bar, but changes his mind, twice.

NYPD Blue - Season 4 - Episode 18
Two female impersonators come into the squad room; one of them is seeking protection from a man who's beaten him/her. Arthur's wife asks him to let the squad know about some products she is selling. Jill pursues the investigation of the theft of some small items by an old friend's parents. Her old friend is drug user. The transvestite is murdered; Andy, Bobby and Diane investigate and eventually receive help from an old friend. Medavoy calls in sick and Arthur worries that it might be related to Lillian's products. Jill's old friend turns up at her apartment strung out on drugs; while her parents dropped their charges, Jill is filing her own. Bobby and Diane try to make plans for their wedding, but while at a restaurant they encounter an old acquaintance of Bobby's who is an "independent" stick-up man.

Although Bright tells Ephram that Amy is using him just go get his father to get Colin out of coma. Delia gets into trouble at school for questioning her teacher's antiquated rules.

Nate is attempting to deal with his condition with the help of a young man that died very young. Claire finds out that Gabe is changing in incredible ways, which includes stealing from her and her family. David and Keith are attempting a friendship again.

Karen Postell Pepper 1964 - 2003 Three women are waiting patiently in line to see a taping of Dr. Dave. As they are being let in, Karen gets a nose bleed and tells her friends she'll join them in a few minutes but collapses from blood loss. Nate and Lisa plan a camping trip with friends, but the trip starts out less than idyllically. Lisa doesn't like to hike and she argues with Nate about the amount of beer and tobacco he wants to consume. To make matters worse, Dana and Todd, despite having a small daughter, are so hot for each other that it's really irritating - and enviable.

When Beecher learns his wife committed suicide, Keller offers comfort, but his advances are rebuked. Meanwhile O'Reily is in love with Dr. Nathan, and gets his brother Cyril to have her husband killed.
