Orko is helping the Sorceress clean Castle Greyskull when he accidentally crashes through one of the interdemensional doorways. He winds up in the Whispering Woods on Etheria and meets Madame Razz and Broom. Unfortunately, both Orko and Madame are captured by the Horde and taken to the Fright Zone. Neither Shadow Weaver's magic nor Hordak's scientific scanners can make any sense of Orko's weirdness, so they decide to send Orko to Horde World and let them figure out what he is. Fortunately, Broom finds She-Ra and tells her what happened. She-Ra contacts the Sorceress, who asks She-Ra to wait for He-Man before attempting a rescue because he'll want to help save Orko. He-Man and She-ra fly into the Fright Zone on Swift Wind, find Madame Razz, and lean that Orko's space ship is about to launch. Madame, who likes Orko's spunk, transports the heroes to the space port. She-Ra deals with Hordak and his goons while He-Man reverses the ship's course and saves Orko. Orko is very relieved

Melbrag tricks Smudge into gambling away some Coridite, and he flees with the sample, intending to sell it to Skeletor. Merman has kidnapped the city's princess, Nahmi, and is controlling the Aquaticans with the Pearl of Power! Granamyr summons He-Man to Darksmoke, and He-Man follows his call accompanied by Man-At-Arms, who wishes to thank Granamyr for helping save his life (in "The Dragon's Gift"). Granamyr explains that a young dragon called Torm has fallen in love with a human princess, Lyra, and wants to become human in order to marry her. But Lyra's father, Brindle, will only allow any man to marry her if he passes a series of tests. Only a human can take these tests, and Granamyr wants He-Man to take them on behalf of Torm. He-Man agrees, but as he undertakes the tests he faces danger from an evil sorcerer called Zim, who wants to marry Lyra himself.

He-Man is summoned to Darksmoke by Granamyr, who tells him that dragons have been mysteriously disappearing from Dragon Mountain, and he wants He-Man to investigate. He-Man calls upon his most trusted spies, Mekaneck and Buzz-Off, to investigate the mystery, and they spot Kobra Khan and Webstor using a strange machine to transport the dragons to another dimension. A spell by Orko accidentally transports all of them- both heroes and villains- to the alien world, and the heroes discover that the dragons are being used to fight for amusement by three gamers on this world. It is up to the heroes to put a stop to the games and free the dragons from cruelty.

He-Man goes with Man-At-Arms and Teela to rescue Adora, but He-Man finds that Adora has already rescued herself- as She-Ra. Now that the House of Shokoti has been risen from the Sands, and Lord Masque has been defeated, the heroes retire to bed for the night, planning to investigate the temple in the morning. But Stanlin, whom Melaktha has refused permission to join the expedition, is determined to see inside the temple for himself, and forces Ram Man (who has been put on night guard) to ram down the temple's door for him. Ram Man gives in to his wishes, but is knocked unconscious by the force of the blow, and Stanlin soon finds himself a helpless prisoner of Shokoti herself.....

He-Man has been captured by the Horde, and the Rebels manage to trace his whereabouts to Beast Island, on which the Horde have a prison. As the Rebels set out to rescue him, the imprisoned He-Man finds that Force Captain Adora, who has taken the sword, has been tricked from birth into believing the Horde are the rightful rulers of Etheria. He tells her to go out and see the world, to find for herself just how evil the Horde are. She is sceptical of him, but agrees to do so. When the Rebels reach Beast Island, they face danger from the many monsters of the island and a series of traps set by the Horde, whose leader, Hordak, is interrogating He-Man about why he has come to Etheria.

He-Man and the Masters of the Universe - Season 1 - Episode 61
The Sorceress sends He-Man to the Sands of Time, to investigate the mystery surrounding a pyramid which appeared out of nowhere, then vanished as mysteriously as it appeared. When he reaches the desert, accompanied by Ram Man and Orko, He-Man comes across a villain called Lord Masque, who is causing havoc in the desert whilst intending to uncover the house of his 'mistress'. He-Man consults the Royal Archaeologist, Melaktha, who tells him that there was once a dark fortress in the desert which was home to the evil Goddess Shokoti. Suspecting this is the fortress that Masque intends to uncover, Melaktha and his young assistant Stanlin accompany the heroes to the desert to investigate Masque's scheme further.

#45 - The Cat and the Spider
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe - Season 2 - Episode 9
Prince Adam and Melaktha undertake an archaeological expedition of the Temple of the Cats, once occupied by an apparently extinct race of Cat People. They take from the temple an ancient statue, called the Grymalkin. But unknown to them, the Cat People still exist and dwell deep within the temple- and the Grymalkin contains an evil demon imprisoned inside. The Cat People's king sends an agile Catwoman, Kittrina, to recover the statue from the Royal Palace. But at the same time, Skeletor sends his minion Webstor after the statue, and beating Kittrina to it, Webstor takes the statue back to his master, who subsequently frees the demon.....

When investigating an ancient temple with Prince Adam, Orko accidentally brings the barbaric King Tamask from Ancient Eternia to the present, with a magical Time Wheel. When he comes across the Royal Palace, Tamask is confused by how it has changed and believes Randor is a magician who has taken over his kingdom. Angrily, he attempts to fight to reclaim the kingdom he thinks has been stolen from him. He-Man must help Tamask see the light, as well as convincing him to turn from his violent ways.

When investigating a large vessel that frightened the elves of Seaworthy, Adora encounters a pirate called Sea Hawk, who is stealing from the elves' storehouses and delivering to the Horde. She tries to convince him to turn from the Horde, but when Catra and several Hordesmen arrive to collect their pay, they make Sea Hawk command his men to capture Adora. When he realises the error of his ways, he sets out to rescue Adora and overcome the Horde's hold over him.

#49 - Trouble in Trolla
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe - Season 2 - Episode 10
Dree Elle comes to Eternia to enlist Orko's help, explaining that an ambitious Trollan wizard called Snoob has defeated Uncle Montork and taken his position as head of the Academy of Magic. Since Montork claims to have felt inexplicably weak when fighting Snoob, they suspect unfair play was used. Orko and Dree Elle go to Trolla, followed by He-Man and Battle Cat, and it soon transpires that Snoob is being controlled by Whiplash, who is trying to learn magic in order to impress Skeletor. It is up to He-Man to stop his scheme, with the help of his Trollan friends!
