Along with such crusty comrades like Francisco the man-munching alligator, the shape-shifting Chameleon and feather-headed Bird Brain, Verminious keeps the streets of Petropolis crawling with evil schemes.

Dudley gets obsessed over T.U.F.F.'s new trailer and refuses to get out of it, but once he does it to go to the restroom, D.O.O.M. steals it. After five minutes out of the trailer, Dudley suddenly becomes a "nature dog" and manages to get the vehicle back, but then it explodes.
