Akif Erdem, the physics teacher who is the protagonist of the story, wants to teach his students a “lesson in humanity”. The only thing is – Akif the teacher uses a different teaching method than the teachers we know and are used to. For their last lesson as a class, Akif Erdem holds the students of his 12A class at the Küçükkuyu high school hostage and separates the class from the rest of the school using a bomb. The students and Akif will no longer be able to leave... and Akif the teacher asks the students a question, “Who one among you caused the death of fellow 12A student Kay Örnek?” There is only one way for the young people who have been taken hostage to get out of this situation: to tell the truth!

One year ago, Akif started with perhaps the happiest day of his life... that day Akif proposed to Zeynep, the woman he loved. Zeynep was engaged to Akif on the day she first started teaching at Küçükkapı high school. As Zeynep took her first steps to Küçükkapı high school as a teacher, Akif remained in love with her, not knowing that this was the beginning of the end. One year after this incident, Akif Erdem enters the 12A class as a physics teacher at Küçükkapı high school and detonates a bomb that will take the students hostage and sever their connections with other parts of the school. No one was hurt in the blast; all class 12A and law enforcement will try to find out why Akif did this… Akif will teach everyone a great lesson…

Following the confession by Mevsim at the Küçükkapı High School in class number 12A, Akif Erdem has successfully started lesson number two. If Police Commissioner Yılmaz does not find the student who shot the fake video of Rüya in the allocated time, some very bad things are going to happen. Following the events of the previous day, the students of the classroom have all lost the trust they had for each-other. Now the entire class is attacking each other in order to expose the person that police are looking for. After seeing Akif, does Zeynep's memory come back? Or was it Akif Erdem who crashed into her?
