The Kirlian Frequency, aka Ghost Radio, revolves around a weird witching-hour talk show called The Kirlian Frequency, once broadcasting live from the uncharted paranormal city of Kirlian, where phantasms and monsters prowl. It's a horror-show take on Art Bell's old Coast to Coast radio program, but employing a found-footage type format, using the medium of animation to center its spiritual story of abductions, conspiracy theories and buried secrets.
