With very little field experience, rookie F.B.I. Agent Rebecca Locke becomes part of a sinister and unsavory world when she is recruited to join the Bureau's Los Angeles Violent Crimes Unit as a profiler. A special division headed by Supervisory Special Agent Virgil Web Webster, the unit is devoted to investigating the darkest and most heinous crimes committed by human beings. Unbeknownst to Locke, the traumatic past that she has struggled to bury and keep hidden from others is the sole reason she has been recruited by Web, for what has long tormented Rebecca gives her a unique insight into crime. The team gets a tape of a snuff movie where a young girl is assassinated. They believe the tape was not tampered with and it's not a fake contrary to most snuff movies. They match the face of the girl on the tape to a missing girl report entered by Arlen Dallas. On instinct, Rebecca asks Carter to reconstruct the face of the girl at different ages. It is discovered that she has been spotted on hundreds of child pornography materials at different ages.

#11 - Little Girl Lost

Rebecca and the team probe the disappearance of the Anderson and Presley families who went missing in the Angeles National Forest along Highway 39. The team quickly arrest Karl Robie Jr. but on the way to find the Presley family the helicopter carrying Danny, Rebecca and Karl crashes and so ensues a frantic bid to find Rebecca before Karl does. Rebecca is haunted by visions of her past abduction by Pony Man.
