"The Haunted Hathaways" follows the adventures of a not-so-typical blended family. When Michelle Hathaway relocates to New Orleans, LA., to open a bakery with her daughters Taylor and Frankie, they quickly learn that life in the “Big Easy” is very different. Unbeknownst to them, their new home is already occupied by a ghost family comprised of jazz musician father Ray Preston and his sons Miles and Louie. After agreeing to live under one roof, they come to care about and rely on one another while driving each other crazy – just like any normal family would. Though leery at first, the Hathaways soon discover how much fun life can be when living with ghosts.
After being blamed for Louie's mess, Frankie is sent to charm school.
Frankie is suspicious of one of Louie's classmates when she asks Louie to teach her how to be a better ghost.
Frankie's new keyboard is destroyed in the middle of the night, leaving her to become a sleuth in determining who the culprit behind the act could be.
Taylor takes extreme measures to help a friend on her gymnastics team; Miles and Frankie use each other in a spelling bee.
Miles acts selfishly, jeopardizing Taylor's new friendship with Meadow; Louie and Frankie move to the tree house to live by their own rules.
Taylor is asked to a society ball by a seemingly sweet kid but when he turns out to not be the best partner, Ray comes to her rescue.

Louie pranks Frankie on a whole new level. Leading both of the pair to get voodoo dolls that they pit against one another.
Michelle gets the bakery included on a tour of haunted restaurants, and Louie has to pull off the haunt.

When the ghost council finds out the Prestons have been living alongside humans, the council forces them to make a decision between haunting the Hathaways and leaving home forever.
Taylor and Meadow let the inchworm get stolen, and they ask for Miles' help.
The children must work together to retrieve Michelle's secret recipe book after it is stolen by a rival bakery.
Frankie gets help from Louie in taking revenge on her pranking nemesis.
Louie gets mad when Frankie writes an essay for a prestigious private school that says he is a horrible ghost and he tries to sabotage the interview for the school. Meanwhile Taylor wants Miles to start to respect boundaries.
Ray and Louie accidentally switch bodies right before their annual camping trip.
It’s Taylor’s birthday and Miles is excited about getting his “new” sister a special gift – a ghost dog. When the dog turns out to be a less than the perfect pet, Miles tries to cover it up but gets caught.
Frankie and Louie plan to sell a valuable doll to a collector, but they run into some unexpected trouble at the toy store.
Michelle's cookie jar is broken.
After failing the test to become a level two ghost, Louie runs away from home and ends up in a dangerous part of Ghost World.
Frankie is not exactly the best player on her school volleyball team, so Ray decides to give her a “boost” using his ghost powers. It’s a huge success, but at the next game when Frankie is left to rely on Louie’s erratic abilities, she needs to find the confidence from inside herself and step up on her own.
An argument between Ray and Michelle causes them to each think they're the better parent so they decide to switch roles. Lo and behold, Michelle is unable to wrangle the boys and Ray is completely thrown by the intricacies of girl social antics.
Miles' friend worries his family will have to move because their business is haunted.
As the newest member of the gymnastics team, Taylor is worried to find out she is responsible for hosting a team sleepover but Miles promises he and Louie will be on their best behavior. Unfortunately, Frankie and Louie team up to scare Taylor and her friends out of the house.
After getting to know Miles, Meadow develops a crush on him; Taylor goes to great lengths to protect a secret.
