It's Bread Week once again, and the eight remaining bakers rise to a series of doughy challenges. After carefully reviewing and tasting each creation, the judges announce who impressed them the most as Star Baker, and who must say goodbye.

#3 - Biscuit Week
Season 3 - Episode 2 - Aired 9/25/2019
It's Biscuits Week in The Great Canadian Baking Show Tent, and the bakers have a chance to show off their cookie and cracker making skills. After inspecting and sampling, the judges select this week's Star Baker and announce which baker will leave the tent.

#4 - Cake Week
Season 3 - Episode 1 - Aired 9/18/2019
CBC's The Great Canadian Baking Show returns for its third season with two new hosts, Aurora Browne and Carolyn Taylor, and ten of the country's best bakers. The bakers enter the iconic baking tent to face Cake Week and a series of challenges designed to reveal their skills and personality. This season's new judge, Kyla Kennaley, joins Bruno Feldeisen to carefully sample and deliberate the finished bakes, declare the first Star Baker of the season, and decide which baker must be the first to leave the tent.

#5 - Finale Week
Season 3 - Episode 8 - Aired 11/6/2019
The final three bakers return to the Baking Tent for the final showdown to determine who will win The Great Canadian Baking Show! The judges will have to make a tough choice to determine who will win the ceremonial cake plate.

Only four bakers remain in Pie Week and they must excel with their pastry skills in three pie challenges to make it to the finale. The judges will select just three bakers to continue to next week's finale.

It's Chocolate Week and the six remaining bakers seize the opportunity to make a statement with delectable chocolate creations. In the signature bake, the bakers make a treat that is double the fun. One chocolatey success will earn the Star Baker title, and one baker must leave the tent.
