In each program, there is only one objective: to achieve the best performance in the tasks to accumulate the maximum points, which will allow each guest to recover their precious asset, in case they are considered the winner, after the scrutiny of Taskmaster Vasco Palmeirim and the precious help from his assistant, Nuno Markl.

In this episode, the contestants must bring in the best thing for all five senses, complete the most tasks, get someone to repeat a chosen word as many times as possible during a phone call, fill a cup until it overflows, stick something heavy onto a board, get Fish the fish back home, and shove fish across the stage. In this episode, the contestants must bring in the nicest thing to be inside of, scale a mountain, complete the alphabet with objects, hide a vegetable completely inside of another vegetable, be the most impressive load-bearer, find and hug their special friend, and strike poses to represent a cool hobby, a fun animal, and a famous person. #4 - A Dalmatian with glasses

In this episode, the contestants must bring in the best thing to always have in their pockets, complete a jobstacle course, blindly drive a mobility scooter around a course, remove a bunch of balls from a ball pit (before putting them all back in), commit a crime without breaking the law, burst a water balloon while not looking at it, and communicate animals by saying letters and doing impressions. #5 - A pyjama of solutions
Season 5 - Episode 3 - Aired 4/5/2025
In this episode, the contestants must bring in something that doesn’t get the respect it deserves, reach the front gate without triggering an alarm, eat a lemon without changing their facial expression, make time stand still, get a slice of bread into a toaster from as far away as possible, squeeze orange juice into a bowl using only the items they’ve unknowingly selected for the purpose, and make their rubber gloves and galoshes as heavy as possible. #6 - A macho duck
Season 5 - Episode 8 - Aired 5/10/2025
In this episode, the contestants must bring in the most satisfying thing that shakes like jelly, give Markl the best stag minute, put an egg in an egg cup without touching either, do something really stupid, make an impossibly specific sandwich for Markl, drive 11 laps while obeying an increasing number of rules with every lap, and open a toolbox to put on a pair of glasses. The guest contestant is Sílvia Alberto.
#7 - It's a miracle!
Season 5 - Episode 1 - Aired 3/22/2025
In this season premiere, the contestants must bring in the most despair-inducing thing, move a beach ball through a course using only water, write and perform a cliff-hanger scene, get water into a vase, strike a bullseye with some paint, complete a series of tasks as a team, and then find and put on a medallion. In this episode, the contestants must bring in the best thing to bring into a room full of strangers, roll a contact ball for as long as possible, keep Markl dry under a shower, do something surprising with a rubber duck, knock down exactly 100 cans, complete a series of tasks with increasing rapidity, and win a game of slap and tong. In this season finale, the contestants must bring in the best thing for a person that is actually meant for an animal, count all the dots while completing some other distracting tasks, say as many unique words without an ‘S’ as possible within 60 seconds, knock over a fleet of rubber ducks without leaving a carpet, complete seven mini-tasks in any order, put the most spaghetti in an orange, and win a high-stakes game of egg and spoon throw. In this episode, the contestants must bring in the most glorious thing that sounds like ‘Vasco Palmeirim’ when mumbled, transfer water between two fishbowls, find the item that makes a sound when a button is pressed, construct the longest sentence possible from an assortment of letter tiles, time-travel, put on a wetsuit during a Zoom call, and make and throw paper aeroplanes into receptacles.
