His secretary, Winter, is convinced that he will be the new apprentice. Ruth wants to sell the antique shop. A man from Children’s Best arrives who says that they have now found a family for Selma.

Selma dreams that she has a real family that she doesn't know about. We also see a completely different universe, Snøfall, a small village that lies by itself in an icy wasteland. Here we meet Julius, who is Santa Claus himself!

Ruth inherits an antique shop and Selma thinks it's absolutely fantastic. Ruth says it's just old stuff and junk there. Selma meets Håkon, who has just moved into the apartment building, together with his dad, Kjell. Håkon believes in Santa Claus and Selma is inspired to write a Christmas letter in which she wishes for a real family.
