The Cursed Wombs: Death Paintings, Eso and Kechizu, face off against Itadori and Kugisaki, but the two being to rot after they're bathed in the blood of Eso and Kechizu. Driven into a corner, Kugisaki hammers a nail into herself to activate Resonance and start a game of chicken with the brothers.
