Currently, along with their daughters Akshaya, 12, and Akila, 7, this family rents a home in Chandler, a suburb of Phoenix, Arizona. However, they are ready to become homeowners. In a new place, they want a single-story home, that has at least 2,100 square feet, four bedrooms and a yard. This will be a challenge to find because most houses in the area are two-story homes.

They seek a place with at least three bedrooms, two baths and plenty of yard space for their dogs.
