This episode is about luxury, straight up. Our visit brings to Paris's premier chocolatier, Jaques Genin. Monsieur Genin taste Action and Clovis through some of his classic caramel's, that are €110 a kilo no less, and a little pistachio ice cream before taking them into the laboratory. Tasting chocolate and drinking champagne makes you hungry, so Clovis scored a table at Table by Bruno Verjus. Bruno is a true connoisseur and his restaurant is a reflection of that. From the razor clams to the back vintages of Overnoy and Prieuré Roch, this meal is one for the books.
