The archaeologist Jack Wilder had to experience how his best friend was killed in a mining accident. To thank him for his friendship, his mother presented him with a mysterious old book that turned out to be part of a map to El Dorado, the legendary city of gold. Jack follows the clues and sets off for Peru. His expedition is deadly. He is pursued by mercenary Sam Grissom and falls into the hands of the Peruvian army.
