Criss Angel is on a quest to bring magic into our lives through extreme entertainment that he calls "mindfreak." He believes today's magicians are for the most part archaic and out of touch with society. He plans to change that with amazing feats, including being set ablaze for 46 seconds with very little protection and levitating people right on the street to death-defying escapes and even more slight-of-hand acts.

#1 - Levitation Vanish

With Criss' chaotic schedule, including his live performance of Believe ten times each week, the taping of his hit TV series and moving into Serenity, his new home, Criss decides to escape the city for the Valley of fire deep into the Mojave desert. In this remote and mystical place, Criss will attempt to miraculously levitate more than 100 feet (30 m) up into the sky and then vanish.

Criss is shackled, handcuffed and locked in a steel cage and sunk to the ocean floor.

#4 - The Grand Canyon Death Jump
Season 6 - Episode 1 - Aired 8/4/2010
Criss attempts to jump the Grand Canyon on a high-performance hybrid motorcycle. He will either miraculously appear inside a locked cage dangling from a helicopter or plummet 4,200 feet (1,300 m) to his death.

At the monumental Grand Canyon Sky Walk, in front of more than one thousand onlookers, Criss is shackled and locked inside a confining solid crate except for holes to view his face and hands at all times. The crate is then hoisted over the edge of the canyon more than 4,200 feet above the Colorado River. Criss reveals his process of escape but if he does not succeed in time, he will fatally crash to the rocky depths below.

Criss will attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the largest vanish of people in history. One hundred people are chosen at random and shackled together in front of a crowd of thousands at the Luxor Convention Arena and Criss attempts to make them all disappear instantaneously.

Criss is a big kid at heart. As a child Criss loved toys and as an adult Criss still loves toys. In the spirit of this, Criss transforms a toy hummer into a real hummer. He then recreates a highlight of his former NY off-Broadway show where he builds a robot that suddenly comes to life.

Criss Angel attempts to defy the laws of gravity and walk up the entire side of the Luxor Hotel and Casino which rises more than 650 feet (200 m) above the Las Vegas strip and disappear into the incinerating light atop the pyramid in front of thousands of spectators.

An homage to Harry Houdini’s most dangerous escape, Criss is chained and shackled with more than 100 feet of chains and more than 20 locks and lowered 90 feet from the side of the London Bridge in the cold, murky water of Lake Havasu, Arizona in front of 12,000 spectators. To make the escape even more impossible and drowning an almost certainty, Criss has his feet imbedded in a barrel of cement before being lowered off the bridge and deep into the lake below.

In a very somber setting Criss is laid to rest on a wooden slab. Spectators watch in horror as they see Criss cremated alive. We also get an insider's peak at Criss' warehouse where an employee accidentally impales Criss with a forklift.

Criss goes door to door as a traveling salesman and keeps pulling unlikely items out of his briefcase. Then Criss will attempt to vanish himself before he gets charged by a Mexican bull.

#16 - Barrell Drop
Season 4 - Episode 5 - Aired 8/13/2008
Criss is handcuffed and placed in an 85-gallon drum, which is then secured in a wooden box and hoisted 100 feet above spectators. Once the box reaches its peak, the box is set to automatically release the barrel and contents, regardless if Criss has escaped or not. Criss must escape the handcuffs, barrel, and box before crashing to the ground.

You've seen Criss catch an arrow with his bare hands. In this episode, he attempts to catch a razor-sharp nail traveling at 1400 feet per second with his bare hands.

Criss invites skeptics to be part of a deadly challenge. These skeptics get to lead a blindfolded Criss to four elevator doors, one of which hides an empty shaft. Using mentalism, Criss must predict which three of the four are safe to enter. If he is wrong, he will likely fall to his death.

Criss will attempt to walk on the world's largest manmade lake, Lake Mead. Criss will walk "on" and "out" more than 200 feet on the largest manmade lake in the world in front of unsuspecting bystanders and boaters.

In the haunted Artisian hotel, Criss interacts with the afterlife and reveals secrets from the spirits. Along with lots of other strange phenomenon, Criss proves that he can walk on the ceiling of the hotel.

#22 - Cement Block
Season 3 - Episode 19 - Aired 10/23/2007
Criss is placed in a see-through Plexiglas container that is then sealed in cement and hardened into a block. In front of thousands, Criss is lifted over five stories and given 24 hours to escape before the block crashes to earth. Criss also performs demonstrations on a construction site. He bends a giant nail, moves a hole in a washer, and does some amazing card tricks. Criss loses a bet to his bike shop friends and has to escape from a locked crate before being stabbed to death by giant forklifts.

Criss turns a little girl's Barbie into a real woman and then transforms himself back into a kid. Criss demonstrates tricks for kids from the Make-A-Wish foundation and surprises them all when he dresses as Santa Claus and makes a truck of toys appear out of nowhere.

Criss spends time with his fans known as "The Loyal" and reads some of their letters. He will also repair a hole in a pair of jeans. Criss will host a Mindfreak trivia game show, where the winner will receive a trip to Barbados. In the finale, Criss will attempt to make a new car appear and give it away to a Loyal fan.
