McCabe and the son of a friend go fishing, and discover a bomb on the their boat. Unable to disarm it they jump in the sea and swim to a nearby island. Meanwhile Jake and Derek presume they're dead, and go looking for the bomber.
The Secret Service gets help from Jake in catching a money counterfeiter, who trades his product for cocaine. It becomes personal for Jake when a friend is killed during a failed raid.

At 4 am one morning Quincy is awoken by the arrival of a man at his boat. He is in a very bad shape and he dies before Quincy can do anything to save him. He takes him to the morgue and does an autopsy on him. The next morning Quincy is surprised to find that his results and slides have not turned up. When he goes to find out why he finds out that they are not all that is missing, so is the body! Without any proof of a body everyone thinks that he must have been mistaken, especially when Monaghan visits the man's workplace and finds him there!
Captain Kaplan is to be shipped home, but becomes paranoid that something will happen to him before he leaves. Asten's wife Melissa picks up a young boy wandering at the side of the road at night. Soon afterwards they are involved in an automobile accident. Quincy is told, Asten is out of town, and he goes and visits Melissa, and the boy. As soon as he sees Joey's bruises he knows that they are not new ones caused by the crash, they are older and look like being beaten caused them. He looks at the x-rays taken of the boy and they confirm his opinion that the boy is being abused, probably at the hands of his parents.
An enemy plane is shot down as it flies over Vella La Cava during an attack by the Japanese. The pilot is taken prisoner and a strange device is found on his plane. Through a series of mistakes, word of the prisoner never makes it to the brass at Espritos. It turns out the Japanese pilot was born and raised in the US but still felt enough allegiance to Japan to fight on that side. The Black Sheep befriend the pilot who also plays a mean game of ping pong. The sheep set up a ping pong match with the Seabees and expect their star player, TJ, to clean up during the match, but when TJ is injured, ""Rocky"" as the squadron nick named him steps in to play. TJ and Rocky have a talk about what it is like being a fighter pilot and Rocky admits to TJ that he still gets scared everytime he goes up. TJ is grateful that Rocky wants to talk about this becuase no one else wants to discuss the issue with him. The form an awkward friendship becuase the enemies have so much in common. Klinger pretends to be pregnant. Hawkeye and Trapper operate on General Mitchell's son, and the General gives them 3 days in Tokyo Henry keeps getting calls from Tokyo about what Hawkeye and Trapper are doing. When they get back to the 4077 Frank asked the general for an officers club for the camp. They plot to allow the enlisted men access to the club, and when the General opens it the rules are bent to give his son access, which Hawkeye exploits to give access to all.
Margaret revaluates her life, and decides to leave Frank and ask for a transfer, which is granted. She gets drunk at her goodbye party, but is sobered up in the shower when wounded start arriving. She changes her mind when she realises how loyal her friends are.
Hawkeye and Trapper recover from an all night party. Henry gets a barbecue, and Hawkeye puts in a request for an incubator. The Quartermaster turns him down. They locate a Major with 3 incubators, but he won't let them have one. A Colonel tries to sell them one, and then they get into trouble with a General at a press conference. Finally, Radar trades the barbecue for an incubator.
A lone sniper has the 4077th pinned down - including Radar and Henry in the shower. The poor boy thinks he's firing on McArthur's headquarters, and a chopper finally comes by and wounds him with gunfire from above, ending the siege. Hawkeye walks out to into the bush to tend to the wounded soldier.
Returning from Espritos on a 'borrowed' plane Pappy, Anderson and Boyle run into trouble. Boyle pilots the plane as Pappy and Anderson nap in the back and wakes them to tell them they must be lost. They've been in the air too long and should have reached Vella La Cava. Turns out the needle on the compass was stuck and now they are lost and running out of fuel. They spot an island and turn towards it. They are forced to parachute out. All three land on the island, but they become separated and do not know the status of the others. The island is Japanese occupied. Hearing the plane come down and seeing the parachutes, the Japanese send troups to investigate. Pappy lands very close to the enemy and they surround him as he is trying to get free of his chute. They are interupted by a jeep driving through and Pappy uses the opportunity to escape into the jungle. The pressurre is turned up higher when his father arrives, hoping to be present when his son turns ace. A troubled father/son relationship is revealed as the elder French's visit continues.
A Korean family set up camp in the middle of the compound. A Korean woman with a baby comes looking for the father, and names Radar. Civilian affairs relocates the family and blood tests prove Radar is not the father.
After a mobster puts out a “one week only” million-dollar contract on Hammer, every killer in the city, and some financially strapped cops, tries to claim the prize. After an attempted hit takes place in Capt. Trunk' s office, Hammer is ordered to spend the week in a small "Hamish” village. Hammer proceeds to disrupt the lives of this pacifistic community. By the time the hired gunmen arrive, the formerly peaceful farmers, who Hammer corrupted into the ways of violence, assist him.
Bodybuilding terrorists led by a female aerobics instructor steal a nuclear warhead from the military and threaten to destroy the entire country. Hammer and Dori are assigned to the case and are captured by the group. When Hammer gets control of the situation he tries to disarm the device. Seconds later, the bomb explodes.

Monahan cannot believe that Father Terrell would have betrayed his principles and wants Quincy to look very closely when he autopsies the body. Quincy finds some discrepancies and wants to do a more detailed investigation, starting with Carlo Dicassa, noted pornographer and enemy of the father.
A Kryptonite meteor falls in Addis Ababa and is sent to Shuster for study. It turns up in one of Clark's classes, a class on minerals. There, Clark feels the pain of kryptonite for the first time. But Lex Luthor learns of it's value as an energy source and takes a piece of it. He uses it to power a machine that can knock out lights all over the city and allow him to loot stores and banks. When Superboy stops him, Luthor gives the rock to his girlfriend on a necklace. When a fire breaks out in Luthor's dorm during a date, Superboy attempts a rescue and is made powerless by the kryptonite. Now Luthor's evil may cause his own death. Luthor escapes the fire leaving his girlfriend there to die. He send Leo back in to get the necklace, and once the necklace is gone Superboy returns to normal and escapes to bring Luthor to justice. A large group of homeless people are living in front of a beach club on a Florida beach. They were promised jobs by the wealthy beach club owner, who never gave them anything. The owner of the beach club, Gerald Manfred, is trying to sell his club, but to do so he must get rid of the homeless group. He sets fire to one of their tents, and tries every way possible to get rid of them. When T.J., Lana, and Clark get involved T.J. is nearly killed and the leader of the homeless group, Damon,is kidnapped. Lana searches for him and is kidnapped herself. Now she and Damon are trapped in Manfred's hands, and only Superboy can save them. Manfred prepares to kill them in hopes that when they die, the homeless people will leave the beach.
